Consequences

"What is happening here!!!"

That rumbling voice awakened Lia's sleeping spirit. When her eyes opened she saw her father inside her apartment room. He is very ready to attack at that time.

"You bastard!" finally, her father moved quickly to the side of the bed.

"D-Dad!" Lia nervously called her father. She also tightened her grip on the white blanket that covered her nakedness.

"U-Uncle Fred. I-I can explain—"

"Explain what?!" her Daddy's fist suddenly punched on the smooth face of the person next to Lia on the bed. He could not avoid a strong blow from his father.

Lia immediately wrapped her naked body. She even winced when she felt a sharp pain and pain between her thighs.

"Fred!" Aunt Avet, Lia's father's second wife. She screamed when she saw her and Ethan lying next to each other on the bed while wrapped in a white blanket. Of course, it was obvious that they were both naked under it. Her eyes widened in shock.

"Account for what you did to this daughter of mine, Ethan!" blushing in red, Fred's angry shout at Ethan.

"Uncle Fred..." Ethan calls his name but can't say anything to it. He was shocked, guilty, conflicted, and angry. He had mixed feelings at that time. He didn't know how to explain especially when he caught him next to his daughter on the bed while naked under the blanket.

"Fred. But Ethan is Mildred's boyfriend. You also know that they are planning to get married soon, right?" Avet said to her husband while looking into Fred's eyes. She was shocked. But what's on her mind is her daughter's feelings.

"The hell I care about that, Avet! We're talking about my daughter here. And I don't want to let this man just dishonour Lia's honour. I won't allow it! I'm talking about my daughter's sake here." Dad replied to Aunt Avet in an angry voice.

"B-but..."

"You have no shame, how could you do this to my two children!?" Fred shouted again and was about to attack Ethan with another blow.

Lia slowly smirks. Deep inside she was glad of her father's angry reactions. She really does it and plans it. She wanted to see how his daddy would react. And she also wants to know if she is still important to his father. Because when he married Mildred's mom, since then she felt that her father was biased. Nothing else is important to him, but his new family, and Lia feels she is alone and has been seeking her father's love since then.

'At least Dad defends me. He is thinking more about me than what is happening now. Serves them, right? It happened that I succeeded in my plan to destroy the relationship between Mildred and this man.' Lia thought while she was silently on the side of the bed.

"Lianne," Ethan calls Lia and Lia looked at him.

Lia frowns; before Ethan can even say what he's going to say next, she has already spoken. "Y-you insisted on this scene to me last night, Ethan; y-you took advantage of my weakness and drunkenness last night. You... you really did it not minding that Mildred is your girlfriend." Lia shows her weak side of drama and she really cries. She stared at his messed-up face looking at her. "You did not think about the consequences of what you did, Ethan. So, t-take responsibility for what you did to me." Lia said while feeling emotional and devastated.

"Listen, Ethan! I have nothing else to say now, but you should have been responsible for what you did to my daughter!" suddenly, her father roared in too much anger. Avet just stops him so he don't hurt Ethan.

"Lia... You are lying." Ethan almost whispers that only Lia can hear.

Lia has already heard of her father's magic words. So he will end that drama. Yeah, he planned it that way. But he had no plans to force herself on Ethan. Yeah, she is the loser because she lost something very important to her femininity. But what can she do if Ethan really still dislikes her despite the fact that something has happened to them?

"A-alright, if you didn't want to take the responsibility, I won't force you, Ethan," she then rubbed her fake tears and Lia turned to her Father. "D-Dad, I'm very sorry if I disappointed you. I... I will be fine if Mr. Lopez is not taking responsibility for me, Dad." then Lia got up, she pulled on her white bathrobe. She wrapped it around her whole body then she ran to the bathroom.

"Lia!"

Lia stops at the door of the bathroom. "I am fine, Dad. Don't worry about me. Please, all of you can leave me now." Lia was also confused with what she said.

Lia entered the bathroom and locked it. She slid into the bathroom door. Her mind was also confused at that time. She feels disappointed but she doesn't know why.

'Why did I do this to myself? What face will I present to Daddy? And how can I deal with this problem when I know that Dad will insist on the marriage now? I know and feel that he will not allow Ethan to get away with what happened to the two of us. And Ethan... he will be mad at me? How can I face it? How?'
