What Henry said was something that I couldn’t believe. I mean when did my mother decide to hang out with his mother and not only that they are babysitting the kids together?

What the hell happened between them that I don’t know about?

I thought they both didn’t like each other, so what changed?

“I also had the same look on my face after they told me that,” Henry’s voice pulled me out of my thoughts.

I looked at him, “Did you really mean what you’ve just said?” I asked still in disbelief.

“I do. I didn’t believe it at first when they told me so I had to ask, I wanted to know what happened; why they suddenly changed when they clearly hated each other before. Mother said she’s doing it because of me and because she would do anything for my happiness. Since we are going to be a family, they had no other choice but to reconcile,” he explained.

It sounds quite convincing but I think there’s something more to it, I know my mother and his wouldn’t just reconcile without having anything
