It was said that the Moon Goddess witnessed a plague during the night. People in the woods were sick and alone. What the Moon Goddess did was transform them into wolves at night to eliminate the disease that makes them sick in their human form. She was merciful enough to turn them back into humans so they could go back to their families.
When she found out that the humans that she turned became ill again, she gave them the ability to transform back into a wolf on will in order for them to survive their incurable disease. Because she also saw that they were miserably living a part of their life as wolves, she blessed them with mates.
Years went by and soon after, those werewolves didn't need to turn into werewolves in order to survive. The disease that made them sick eventually disappeared and their children and future generations of werewolves never showed any signs of the disease either.

Xavier Point of view "What's the plan?" Zack asks as he hands out guns to everyone except for Anna. We were all still in the woods hiding behind trees and bushes. Right in front of us was an abandoned building. Judging how there is no security guarding the outer areas of the building, shows to say that there were a few people inside. A bit lax too. On the other hand, this could be a trap. People would tend to use the tactic to look weak just to lure them in. I turn back around and I scowled then said, "Are you actually giving them guns right now?" Zack looked annoying at me and said, "Valerie is basically your age and she needs this to defend herself." "She has black magic," I reminded him. "Isn't that power
Samantha Point of viewI woke up in my own bed but not alone in the room. I see Rai walking around and snooping through my stuff. I moved so I could sit upward. Rai must have heard me and turned around."Hey," I say with a smile. He sighed. He comes to the side of the bed and grabs a chair. "It has only been two days," he says as he takes a seat on the chair he brought over. "And I come back to see you having a panic attack."I laughed weakly. "That was the first time I experienced a panic attack, to be honest."Rai grabs the empty glass and a pitcher. He pours me a glass of water then hands it over to me for me to drink. I took a sip then thanked him. He grabs the glass from my hands and sets it aside. I played with my hands a bit and asked, "What else did you hear or see when you got there?"I was looking down at my hands. I was nervous about how much he heard. About their assumption about me and Rai. Rai
Samantha Point of viewEveryone wanted to talk to me about what happened in the village but after Rai left, I didn't feel like talking at all. I ignored them and went straight into my room without saying a word. The next day, Xavier and my parents tried to talk to me but I told them I didn't want to talk about it. I didn't want to think about it. I want time to stop. I want my problems to stop and just let me have a day where I can just be at peace.I walked outside and sat on the bench near my house. I looked at the pathway that leads to the village. I thought of walking around but walking around in the village was a bad idea. After the public drama Bruce made, I don't even know when I'm ready to show my face to them.In the distance, I see Linda coming with some food. When she arrived right in front of me, she passes the food to me. She gave me a thin smile and said, "Comfort food."I took it and realize it was the san
Samantha Point of view My heart stopped and immediately turned around to see black fur that is similar to a gorilla. I look up and I see a monster 5x times the size of a normal gorilla with his huge dark hands and claws on the tree I was leaning on. I jumped back to get away from it then I see its eyes moving in different directions. Its eyes were red and the size didn't match with each other. I looked at its whole body and I realize that its body was asymmetrical and unnatural. Under its fur, I see lines of stitches. As if it was stitched together like Frankenstein. The only difference is that its body size didn't match at all. It was almost like he was some kind of science experiment made by children. Its eyes looking everywhere but at me. I took that chance to slowly move away. I focused on breathing calmly and quietly moving away. I haven't seen one of those monsters since the last time Rai killed one. My eyes widened and real
Samantha Point of view I couldn't stop staring at his face because I thought I was imagining his face on someone else. I was watching for his face to morph into someone else. But thinking about it now, there is no one else that could fight monsters like him. "Rai."He looked up when I called him then looks back down to see if I'm injured anywhere else. His hands pressed gently on my abdomen and I winced. His eyes shot up to mine and I could see the worry in his eyes and self-blame.m "L...iaa..rrr," the monster spoke. After Rai was done assessing my injury he stands up and turns towards the monster. The monster's arm was chopped off and so were his fingers. The parts that were separated began to burn into ashes. The monster was able to regenerate its lost body part. As it was regenerating, he retracted his arm back to his body and gave a deep frown. "S....he.ee...... isss...sttti..ii..ll.........aaa..lliiveeee."
Samantha Point of viewIt has been thirty minutes since we sat under the tree. After Rai said that he was sent here to kill me, I took a seat under a tree to process it while Rai went to another tree and waited.I looked up to the sky and focused my gaze on the moving clouds. I was thinking about how did this happen. The first time we met, he saved me. We talked and he even helped me."Why didn't you kill me then?" I asked him.Rai looks up at me. "If you were here to kill me why did you save me during that storm?"Rai sighed, "I was told specifically to kill you. I saved you because you were not supposed to die by nature's hands but in mine."I bit the insides of my cheek and shook my head, "You had a lot of opportunities to kill me. You had me but you didn't kill me.""I was supposed to," he says."When?" I asked."Every time you came alone," he answers me. "I thought of kil
Samantha Point of viewJust when I was about to think that he could not get any worse, he admits that he is a murderer. These past few days have been unbelievably insane. I have never been so mentally tired, drained, and stressed all in just two days. I observed Rai and at least he looked ashamed of what he did. At least he had humanity, unlike his father who forced him into it.I broke the silence between him and asked him, "How many?"He doesn't answer right away. "I killed five with my own hands while the others I captured them alive and brought them back to father."I looked down at my fingers rubbing against each other as he said those words. I mumbled, "Why?""Sometimes it was because of my father's grudge against people and some other he wanted to use in his experiment," he explained. "He thought if he had a part or blood of a supernatural being, he would be able to extract its supernatural traits and abili
Samantha Point of view The 24-hour timer has started when Rai dropped me off on my way to my house. When I came in, I notice everyone being cautious around me. They were being quiet and smiling unnaturally at me. I tried talking to them like I usually do and that apparently startled them. My brother, Xavier, asked me if I was fine. I said I feeling alright and helped them with lunch. As I helped my mother cook, I could feel their eyes on me. I slowly turned my head and they immediately looked away. It was obvious they were curious about something but they weren't saying anything. I walked to Xavier when I was done helping mom. He was setting up the table and immediately looked carefully. My eyebrows scrunched together and I asked him, "Xavier, what's going on? Why are you guys acting weird." "You tell me," he said. He sets down the last plate onto the table. "This morning you were in a bad mood and now you're back to
Third point of view"What do you need?" Sarah goes through her cabinets of witchcrafts and herbs she collected over the years. Valerie admired the place and honestly her. She barely has anything witch related at her house and was taught basic spells. Even if Sarah was not a witch, she has everything Valerie wanted. More knowledge about her anscestors and old relics."Just three candles," Tera replies. She went over to valerie to explain the spell to her since she didn't want to exert too much magic thorugh Anna's little body. She also explained to everyone else that silence should be observed and no one should come close until the spell is over. Tera made sure she was absolutely clear while explaining what would happen and notices Snow holding back. She directly asks Snow, "Is there something you need to ask?"Snow flinches as she was caught. She thought of not asking but curiousity got to her. "Why did you agree to do the spell?"
Third point of view"Since Marcus has been using your blood in all his experiments, I can cast a binding spell with your blood." Confusion circled around the room but Sarah understood what she meant."She sayings she can control whoever has the blood of the owner." Sarah explains for the others. "So if she want to turn the owner's blood into acid then others who has the blood in their system will have their blood turned into acid.""So basically if you want to slow them down or hurt them you have to hurt Lily," Liam says."Yes," Tera answers. To which Liam and Leo immediately shut the idea down with two words. "Absolutely not.""What?" Tera says in disbelieve but Tera does have a history of not caring about anyone else in the room."You really think we would let you hurt our sister any longer?""I'll be able to detect when they are close and slow them down," Tera tries to convince.
Third point of view "You do realize your stories get crazier each time you tell it right?" Riley comments after hearing about the deal Samantha made with the Demon. Sam wanted to make sure everyone knew about the Demon inside her in case it ever comes out. She was technically not breaking the deal she made with it since Tera was not in the room with them. "Demons," Xavier exhaled then he flung his arms to his side. "Of course demons are involved in this." He scratches his head with his hand like he was still trying to wrap his head around the idea that basically anything is possible. "Is there anything else we should know about? Genies? Unicorns?" Christina cuts off her mate before he can say anything else with a question, "So she is just sitting there waiting?" "Waiting for w
Third Point of view"You know about the necklace," Sam takes a shaky breath after Tera reveals how much she remembers. "What else do you remember.""Not much," Tera says. She squints her eyes as if she wanted to see if she could remember but she shakes her head. "Something in me just clicked when I saw that necklace. I suddenly remember that damn spell and then nothing. Everything was blank after we did that spell."Sam nodded slowly. "You probably didn't exist when the world was reset just like-," Sam pauses before she could say Linda. She forces herself not to look but she felt like they all needed to know. "Just like Linda.""What?" Linda came into her view. Sam looked up but felt a pang of regret in her chest. Memories and emotions flooded in that moment and her chest ached. The pain she felt, she just wanted to rip it out of her chest and toss it away. She was tired of feeling this pain of losing someone she loves.
Third Person Point of View The group at the shop were waiting patiently for the rest of the group to arrive. As for Snow, she continued to pace around the room. She had her arms crossed infront of her. She brough up her nails to her lips and began to bit them again. "Don't worry," Christina says to her. Snow doesn't look at her but at the door where they should be coming though moments ago. "They should have been here minutes ago," Snow says worriedly. She looks down at her nails and noticed she was bitting her nails again. She immediately dropped her hands and covered her face. She let out a deep sigh then the door swung open. The first one who came through the door was her mate, Blake. He wasted no time and picked up his worried mate in his arms. Snow shrieked in suprise. When she noticed it was Blake, she hugged him back and burried her face in his neck. "Blake, Thank God!" Everyone's attentioned turned to the door to see i
Third Point of ViewAs everyone breathed out in relief for a second, Ryder couldn't help but sense there was going to be something wrong. Judging by Rufus smile that he hasn't wiped off his stupid face, Rai asked, "Why are you smiling at""It is indeed wonderful that nature created supernatural hunters. Strength, speed, and skill are off the mark," Rufus says as his head was still turned to the side. Rai follows where Rufus was looking at. "But there is always a limit to how good you can be."Ryder finally sees what he meant by that."No! Zack!" Sarah cries. Everyone looks over and sees Zack passed out. Sarah reaches his sides and shows everybody blood on his shirt. "The poison!" She laid him down on the ground. Everyone's attention was back on the hunter as they began to mo
Third Point of view "What do you want?" Sam asks again. Lily leaned towards them but Leo blocked her with his arm. Leo's eyes never left the blade that was right on top of his brother's flesh. One cut and his twin dies. Lily grips Leo's arm in fear for Liam. Liam on the other hand does not feel fear. Only sadness and anger every time he looks at his father's face. "An explanation really. I hate being the pawn that knows nothing." Rufus was smart. Ryder knew that. He wasn't the type to believe what people say too easily. Even if it's from his own father. "An explanation of what?" Zack questions. Rufus does not look away from Samantha. "How are you the reason why the world was reset." Rufus played with his swo
Everyone was frozen in shock except for Zack, Ryder, and Samira. Rufus looks amused with their expressions. He always loved the emotion he could force out of people. His psychotic ego being boosted with every second.Sam knew that Lily's parents died, so she can almost feel how startled she was to be seeing her dad. Not only alive and healthy but on the side of Rufus and is currently trying to kill us. The man did not move. Just as he was ordered to.Lily's dad showed no familiarity with his own children. Not even for Bruce who was staring in fear and pained expression. No one Sam and Ryder don't know how Bruce could know the man but Zack may have an idea of who he is.Liam and Leo couldn't believe it. They both knew that their father died. They saw it. They even buri
Third Point of viewSam never told Rufus how she died. She didn't plan on telling anyone yet. Everyone was still confused about how her death was important but let it slide for now because their focus was to get Marcus. Kill Marcus and hopefully they won't have anybody else killing them this month.Rufus was moved to the pole nearest to the pole minutes ago because Rufus was getting into everyone's skins. "If you never plan to tell how you died then please kill me," he yells loud enough for us to hear him across the room. "You are wasting valuable time.""You know we can't kill you yet," Zack yells back."At this rate of boredom, you just might," Rufus grunts as he began kicking the wall.
