Chapter 122

Rania helped Pietro dress up while Luna sat outside the room waiting for them. Soon they both stepped out and Luna sprung up from the stool on which she sat. The trio marched to the corridor about to exit the hotel room when Rania stopped immediately and turned to Pietro. She fixed the collar of his shirt with a proud smile on her face,

“Finally son, we’re here the world is waiting to see the new CEO”

“Are the autopsy results out?” Pietro asked feeling uneasy about the whole situation. They had promised to not announce a new CEO till the results were out and Fabricio was buried. Why the rush? Was the merger that important to her?

“Today is your day and all you can think about is some stupid autopsy?” Rania snapped at him.

“I’m asking because it would make my day complete if we had the report of what caused Dad’s death” he leaned in closer and whispered in his mother’s ear “We could end the day by accusing Cole of murdering him”
