Operation: Find A Husband!

Ruby's POV

The man asleep close to me had a birth mark all over his back. He looked so handsome even with his eyes closed. I had the urge to touch his abs that looked like a washboard....

Hold on a second! It's not the time to think about it. I practically just had sex with someone other than Rowan for the first time in five years.

My legs were unable to move. My back hurts like hell and the space between my legs was throbbing. How far did we go last night? Is he some kind of monster?

I heard my phone chime. I picked it from the floor and saw the message on it. It's from my father and it was an urgent one.

I smacked my lips and wore my clothes, without washing up. I brushed my hair with my fingers and grabbed my bag.

I left some cash by the bedside and ran off before he wakes up.

I even paid for the hotel room and prayed never to see him.

My legs were still hurting, but it won't stop me from running away.

I stopped by a pharmacy and bought some contraceptive pills. I had a one night stand with a stranger. One thing I'd like to avoid is pregnancy. This is reality and not some w*****d story where the female lead gets pregnant after a one night stand with some hot stranger.

I headed back to my apartment and took a long bath, washing the semen off my body. We did it without any protection last night.

After taking a look at the message my father sent to me again, I decided to pay him a visit. Paying him a visit means to change my look.

I'm a red haired girl with blue eyes. Of course, I'm gorgeous with my natural combo. I'm the only daughter of Donald Reynolds. My father is the CEO of many companies and his business expands to many area. Entertainment, transportation, distribution... anything. My father is more than a billionaire and I'm his only daughter.

It's rumoured that Donald Reynolds spoils his daughter rotten that he never expose her to the whole world and that secret daughter is me.

He did spoil me rotten but at the age of eighteen, I decided to be independent, hiding my identity. Rowan doesn't know about it also. I was about to tell him on the same day he broke up with me, but who am I to care? It's his loss.

I wore a stylish dress with a pair of black heels. A dark shade glasses and my hair was shoved to the right side of my face.

I took my car keys and drove out of the apartment.

After an hour, I was in front of the Reynolds estate. It was one of the largest in the country. The security let me in the moment they saw my red car.

After a long drive into the estate, I arrived in front of the mansion. I took a last look at myself in the mirror before alighting from the car.

"My darling princess!" My father spread his arms as he walked out to welcome me.

"Hi daddy!" I squealed in excitement as I rushed to hug him. I pretended like my legs weren't aching.

"You're not going to say hi to your mother, huh?"

Mom asked out of jealousy. I pouted my lips and gave her a kiss on her cheek.

"Hi mom!"

"You look so thin. It's high time you returned back home" she said, touching my hands.

This is one of the reasons I never return home. They always try to convince me to return. I'm not a child anymore and I'll do what I want. I ignored mom's words and walked into the house with both of them.

Few minutes after I entered, I was stuffed with food and more food. The maids and chef kept on bringing more to the table till I was unable to eat.

I was sure they didn't call me here to just feed me. After gulping a glass of water, I placed the glass on the table to get their attention.

"Why did you call me home?" I folded my hands.

They exchanged glances with each other before looking back at me. I was right. They indeed called me home for a reason.

"Ruby, your mother and I think it's finally time"

"Time? For what?"

"For you to get married. Remember, you have to become the CEO in three months. But before you inherit the title, you'll have to get married" he said.

I wasn't surprised to hear that from him. Since I was six, he told me I was going to be his heir. My three brothers have their dream job and don't want to be the CEO.

Not only that, they begged me to accept father's wishes, which I did.

"Honey, you said you had a boyfriend. Why don't you introduce him to us?" Mom asked, I saw the excitement on her face.

Well, we broke up because I'm hot tempered. It's not as if I could tell them that. They'll end up killing him if they find out what he said.

"We are no longer together. I broke up with him" I lied.

"What? Did he do anything to you? Tell me, who is he?" Father slammed his hand on the table.

"Relax honey, you're going to scare our daughter" mother held him back.

He sat down and let out a sigh.

"Since you're not longer with him, I'll have to find you a husband" he said.

"Daddy, I'll take care of it myself. Don't worry" I said.

"You have three months to do that. If not, I'll have to find someone for you"

"Yes, daddy" I let out a smile. A fake smile. There's no way I'll have father choose a husband for me. I'll make sure to find someone to marry within three months.

All of these mess are caused by my brothers. Only if one of them agreed to become the heir, none of this would have happened.
