The wind was blowing wildly in my face as I stared outside the car window, lost in my thoughts about Oliver. Steve was driving, but my mind was still stuck on him.

I knew better than to bring him up in front of Steve, the mere mention of Oliver's name freaks him out. But, can you blame him? Oliver is not a pleasant person at all. He has caused nothing but pain to not just me, but everyone who ever cared about him. He hurt Steve, Mrs. Hamilton, River, Maggie - all of us.

Oliver made us feel like we didn't care about him, but the truth is we did. We cared so much that it hurts to think about him. And now, I feel a mix of anger and sadness knowing that he got an easy death.

The thought of him not having to live with his mistakes and suffer every day is infuriating. He deserved to face the consequences of his actions and not just a painless death.
