"You love me?" I asked him again, I needed to hear him say it, to be sure I heard him right.

"You are missing the point, Ava, I don't just love you, I have loved you since the day I set my eyes on you,"

My lips parted, then closed, as if trying to form words that would not come.

"So, will you come to Daddy now?" He looked at me, a charming smile playing on his lips.

Is he saying this because he wants me now? Or is he being serious? I searched his face for any hint of doubt, but all I found was sincerity.

"What are you thinking about?" He asked, jolting me out of my trance.

"Let me guess, I just said this because I want you right now," he said, and my eyes widened. How the hell did he know what was going through my mind?
