Chapter 6

"Would you stop interrupting me when I speak?" Kayden growled, causing Aria to flinch at his harsh voice, but despite her fear of this new side of her husband, she was determined to get to him.

Fueled with determination to win back her husband, Aria hugged him tighter, putting all the seductive skills she had learned online into practice. She stared up at him with a seductive gaze and sensually licked her lips.

Kayden felt her soft molds pressed against him, and an intoxicating sweetness of her feminine scent, like that of lavender in a sunlit garden, filled his nostrils and enveloped him, igniting memories that sent his heart racing and his throat to feel dry, causing all the blood in his veins to rush in a certain direction.

He could feel that part of his body come alive. He thought he hated her; he thought he didn't even want to breathe in the same air as her, but why was he responding to her touches and obvious provocation?

“Get out!” He snarled; his voice was firm, with a hint of finality in it.

"Please don't reject me; I can't take it," she pleaded, her eyes looking even more desperate as she stared up at him before she added, almost in tears,

"Make love to me like you used to, or anyhow you want to. I'm yours… Just don't kick me out of this room."

Those words were like a bad omen, making him exude a chilling aura, and his gaze became downright predatory, looking as fierce as a prowling panther.

As Kayden stared at Ariana offering herself to him with such determination and desperation, he was filled with intense jealousy and possessiveness; she was supposed to be his alone.

‘She was fucking his! But now everything felt like a joke…a very sick joke… And now seeing her like this, trying to seduce him with all her might, made him even madder.

If it were him, would she fight for him like this? Would she beg him so shamelessly like this?’

The more his mind drifted to the past, the more anger he felt, and then, in the next second, he felt like something snapped within him. He began to crave something he thought he had long forgotten.

He began to crave all those things he had once yearned for but had decided to lock them away in that deep, dark part of his heart.

He was tired of being the cursed one; he was tired of the one who was always left behind; he hated being the substitute…the replacement.

He wanted to be the main character now; he didn't want to keep living in the shadows any longer. But most importantly, he wanted her; he wanted her to beg and scream as she writhed beneath him. He wanted it all.

"Fine!" He declared, and Arianna felt like she had been pulled from underwater after lacking air for 24 hours.

“Thanks, babe,” she whispered and lifted herself on her tiptoes to kiss him, but he stared at her with a deathly glare, causing her heart to skip a beat.

Her earlier confidence deflated like a balloon, causing her lips to shift course and weakly press a kiss on his chin, trying her best to act unaffected by his indifference.

“You will obey me and do as I say; you are not allowed to do anything without my permission. Do you understand?” His voice was low but full of authority.

Aria hurriedly nodded to agree.

“I understand,” she said.

Aria didn't know why Jayden was acting so cold toward her, but she was sure after a night of passionate lovemaking, her caring husband would return to her.

"Don't you dare regret it later!" He scowled, and in the next moment, he stared at her emotionlessly and commanded,

"Strip!"

‘Strip!’ The words echoed like a thunderbolt in Aria's mind, and she stiffened. 'Did she imagine it, or did Jayden's voice sound even colder?' She wondered.

‘Aria, concentrate… Something must be wrong with Jayden for him to be acting so strange. Just please him tonight… Just for the night and tomorrow… Tomorrow, when he's all calm and satisfied, you can ask him about those divorce papers,’ Aria inwardly told herself.

“Yes, Aria, forget everything else. Tonight, just surrender to him, and in the morning, you will think about the serious stuff,” the little angel on her shoulder whispered.

Kayden saw how slow she was moving, as if she was hesitating, and sneered.

“Don't you understand simple English? Get out if you don't want to, and don't waste my time,” he said coldly and was about to walk away, but Aria prevented him from moving any further.

“No, wait…I…I want to…”

As soon as those words came out of her lips, she flusteredly moved her hands behind her and found the zip. She pulled it down forcefully with the sound echoing through the large suite.

With the zip opened, her dress came loose, and she pushed it off her shoulders, pulling out her hands from the dress and pushing it down to step out of it, revealing a matching pair of black panties and brassiere.

Aria paused, hoping to leave them on, but seeing as he didn't ask her to stop, her hands went behind her again and forced her chest forward, finding the hook of her bra and unclasping it.

Her milky twin molds with erect pink nipples bounced free from the enclosed material as her bra joined her dress on the floor.

Aria felt her cheeks heating at this total exposure. It was not as if this was the first time she was completely naked in front of Jayden, but today felt different.

Jayden knew how uncomfortable she felt doing such things, so to make her feel comfortable, the most she had allowed herself to do was walk around their bedroom in slightly revealing nightgowns, and most of the time when they made love completely naked, it was usually under the sheets.

To say she didn't feel awkward and uncomfortable now would be a lie, but she knew she couldn't keep stalling, so, with determination, her hands gripped the waistline of her black underwear, pushed it down her hips and legs, and stepped out of it.

Aria felt bare, completely naked like a newborn baby, as she stood in front of him, feeling shy all of a sudden. She didn't even know where to place her hands, so her toes began to wiggle and move awkwardly, with her posture slanted to show just how uncomfortable she felt.

Kayden forced himself to not feel anything at how beautiful she looked. She had curves in the right places, perky breasts, wide hips, and a narrow waist, and her legs were not very long, but they were shapely and beautiful nonetheless.

He could imagine just how smooth and silky her skin would feel against his fingertips as he slid them up her thighs, but he swallowed hard and blinked, erasing those thoughts from his mind.

He saw her fidgeting with her fingers and how she lowered her head shyly and inwardly scoffed.

‘Who was she pretending for? Was she trying to seduce him?’ he thought, but his mind went to the fact that she still thought he was Jayden, and his anger flared.

“Kneel,” he ordered and Aria found herself kneeling at his command. He took a step closer to the kneeling woman. Polished shoes and neatly pressed suit pants fell into Aria's line of sight.

“Unbuckle my belt and suck me,” he declared.
