After assigning the study plan, Frederick left, leaving behind a classroom of groaning students.

Though the workload was heavy, it was still within their capabilities. Frederick wasn’t worried that they wouldn’t complete the tasks. After all, these students couldn't outdo him in terms of background or toughness. They had no choice but to finish the tasks he’d assigned.

That night, those once deemed hopeless were up late, burning the midnight oil and studying well into the early hours. Many of their parents thought their children were possessed, almost calling in exorcists to drive out the "evil spirits."

Late at night, Frederick received a text message.

[Guess who I am!]

He immediately ignored the silly message. After a while, another message came through.

[Professor Faux, it’s me, Alessa.]

Frederick frowned. He wondered if the girl had developed an obsession for him after seeing him risk his life for her.

Though he admitted Alessa was charming—different from Jennifer, but equa
