BAB 67 I Before The Storm

In the afternoon, Gia invited Mia to take a walk outside for a while.  She wanted to spend time with the future Mrs. Bradwood, in order to get to know her well.  After a long protest from Jaxon who forbade Mia to travel only accompanied by Henrieta as a bodyguard, Jaxon relented.  Because he knew that his grandmother was too stubborn.

“Henrieta, I want to stop at the supermarket,” said Gia who instructed Henrieta not to return to Aurelia immediately.  “Would you like some ice cream, dear?”  Gia asked offering Mia who was sitting next to her.

“I also want to find snacks,” Mia agreed.

The two women entered the supermarket at the same time and they separated to look for each other's needs.

While choosing potato crackers, Mia saw a familiar male figure. She almost gasped when she saw the man in front who had Jaxon's facial features, and the memory of a few months ago at GC came back.
