Nicko dashed down the hospital corridor. He didn’t care about the curious looks from those around him, and he didn’t come alone. From behind, an army of men in black suits pushed everyone in their path out of the way simultaneously.

Nicko ran into Dane Loren and Noel Kendrick, two police officers who had been patrolling Denver, as he turned into a corridor that would lead him to a treatment room.
