“What the fuck!” I yelled so loud in my mind as Jakes called out the name of the one man I don’t want anyone to know about.
“How did he know it was Bale that attacked me last night? I’m beginning to lose trust in Sophia and he just spilled that right into her ears? Damn!”
I could see the shock on Sophia’s face upon hearing the name of the shooter.
“Wait!” she said and moved away from where she was standing by the door to come over to us.
“Jakes! Did you just say that it was Bale who did the shooting last night?”
“Yes. That mother fucker must pay for what he did to our house, and the pain she caused my sister.”
I don’t even know how to stop the conversation so he doesn’t get to say more than that. I saw Sophia nodding her head. I wonder what she was going to do with that
