“How did you do it? Seriously, you need to share whatever you use to change her mind so drastically.” Jerry paused, pointing his fingers at me like I had committed a crime I should be guilty for.

“You truly have a talisman, don't you?” he accused.

I looked up from my phone and glared at him, “Quit your nonsense talk and call the wedding planners again.” I instructed.

He checked his wristwatch, “They should be on their way by now, what's keeping them?”

“That's for you to find out, Jerry. Go do your job instead of adding to my headaches.”

“Quit being rude to me or else I will forfeit from being your groomsman on your wedding day.” He teased me.

“I could easily find someone else, Jerry. Don't mess with me.”
