"Y...yes." Liz stammered slightly, only because she was surprised. She wasn't mesmerized by Asher, who remembered his sharp tongue well. But it seemed this time that sharpness wasn’t directed at her. Asher was still staring at Laura and Lana.
"So, what do these two dogs want? A bone?" Asher asked, further mocking them.
"Who do you think you are?! How dare you..."
"I should be the one asking who you are. You come here creating a scene and making accusations. This store only sells genuine items." Asher calmly returned control of the situation, preventing Lana from responding.
