"Alright, Kian, let's go have your shower now," I pulled him by the arm, dragging him to the bathroom.
"But momma, you are yet to tell what went wrong?" He inquired, his innocent eyes searching my face.
"Kian, nothing happened, I promise you," I assured.
"But then why?" He pressed.
"Why what, my love?"
"Why do we have to move out? I know you won't tell me, but I know something is up with you and Uncle Garvin," crossing his arms, his gaze growing more intense by the minute.
"What do you mean, Kian," I asked ignorantly, lathering up the sponge.
"Most times," he breathed, " I sneak downstairs when you don't come to wish me good night."
