I didn’t know whether he did it deliberately, out of pity, or something else but he surely evoked a whole new sensation of boost in me to follow my path.

He became the first person to encourage me- even if it was indirect.

‘...No one around me did it before, not Lenny or my parents. He was the first person who supported me,’

It felt good… it revitalized a new surge of confidence.

So, to repay him, I poured my best talent into my fingers, well aware of my flairs as I was making the frosting for my cupcakes until Lenny came.

“What are you doing?”

“I am baking some cupcakes,”

Suppressing a chuckle at my display of excitement, she also decided to mock me.

She teased me, causing me to frown at her.

I was in a good mood compared to how miserable I was for the past few days.
