I took a deep breath as I stared at James and Gideon, who were patiently waiting for me to accept their hands. They even looked at each other, eyes were blazing in anger.

“What the hell are you doing?” Gideon asked toward James in his gritted teeth.

James shook his head and he replied, “I also wanted to help Emerald. Do you have a problem with that?”

“Yes, I did. You should not be here. I came first to rescue her, and then you just arrived getting the spotlight from me!” Gideon responded at James, almost screaming.

“Spotlight?” James asked in his confused reaction.

I couldn't help but close my eyes as I felt the war between these two Alphas. Their moods change like lightning, and I have to deal with it before this leads them into fighting.

“Enough of this nonsense fight!” I screamed, making them turn their heads at me.

The hard reaction from the faces of Alpha Gideon and Alpha James softened as they saw my angry face. I know one of them doesn't want me mad.
