Chapter 155: A New Enemy Coming

“Cassandra is wounded!”

My world almost fell as I heard these words from them. I could feel my body tremble when I turned my head at the back. Tears suddenly streamed down to my face when I found Cassandra covered with blood.

Levi carried her while Katie was holding my son together with his child. Her face filled with worries and there were bloods to her face as well.

James held me on my waist as we rushed in their direction. The first thing James did was to take our son from Katie while I approached Levi to know Cassandra's condition.

“W-What happened? Why is she wounded!?” I asked Levi, and he took out a deep breath.

“We were attacked by some unknown wolves while we were on our way. Cassandra was wounded because she protected your son when a wolf from the enemy wanted to take him while the rest of us were busy fighting the others.” Levi explained.

I just felt my knees trembling again. It seems like I wanted to fall to the ground hearing these, but I was thinking of Cassand
