Two weeks later, Jasper and I decided to visit Adam. The hunters that Jasper had sent to check him out were not successful. A pack in Grandville had been attacked and eradicated by the spirit wolf, some of the survivors of the area were migrating to my territory. The possibility of the attacks spilling over to my side became clear.

I decided to put in measures to protect my territory. I had sent an envoy to check on Alexander Wildbreed. They claimed he had relocated to the human town and was evacuating the people on the settlement, which was a wise thing on his part. I wished him all the best.
