Chapter 586

Celeste honked the car horn, and the security guard opened the automatic gate for her. Damon's car followed her into the courtyard. After she parked the car, she went to the back to unbuckle Leo's seat belt, and that's when Damon walked over as well.

"Leo, let's have a chat," he said again. Leo had spent most of the day playing, and his mood had improved somewhat. He nodded, waiting for Damon to continue.

"Lester is indeed immature, but he's only three years old. Leo, as a mature child, you shouldn't fight with him," Damon said.

Damon's words were essentially the same as what Celeste had told Leo previously when she advised him not to argue with Lester. She said it in hopes that Leo would become a more generous person.

However, the difference was that Celeste was Leo's biological mother. She was the one who raised Leo, so of course, she could say such things. But when Damon said the same words, it carried a different meaning.

Leo pouted, clearly unhappy by what Damon was implying.
