Celeste only spent seven days at the detention center.

There was no interrogation nor trial. On the seventh day, she was politely escorted out as if nothing had happened.

This matter concluded with Henry being sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment and fines.

Bernie's crime wasn't as serious, and he claimed ignorance. He received just one year of suspended sentencing. That meant that he would be absolved from the matter if he didn't commit any crimes for a year.

Celeste knew Damon must have gotten involved for this matter to be solved swiftly. But she didn't know the extent of how much he did.

She owed him too much. She couldn't repay him with anything at all.

When Celeste exited the door of the detention center, Megan was already waiting outside.

Megan made great preparations to welcome her. Dozens of expensive cars parked outside with a banner hung on them, celebrating Celeste's release from the detention center.
