Celeste managed to arrive in Lagona around 11 am.

She stated her identity as Lawrence's assistant. So it was easy for her to enter the construction site where the Radcliffe Group was building a new property.

Thousands of construction workers were hard at work. Celeste wore a safety hat and a white cashmere coat. She walked past everyone in her three-inch tall heels. Anyone passing by would check her out.
