Pari's Pov(continuation.) 

"Why don't you just stop it already." I yell into the cold air. "Haven't I suffered enough."

A loud lightning racks through the sky and the rain pours harder on me. 

Damn it....

Packing my hair into a loose bun, I take off my shoes, looking around for a shade to take comfort in as I wander down the empty street.

I know I should have just gone back into the hall when he left, but going home felt like a better idea. 

Well that's until I couldn't find a cab.
