Chapter Thirty Eight

Violet’s Point of View

I stayed in my room for a little while, but I was going insane. I sent Sophie a text and asked If I could stay at theirs tonight. I didn’t go into detail, I just said things were a bit awful at home at the moment. Almost immediately, she texted back and said of course. I quickly packed a bag and snuck out of my house.

I’d text mum and tell her I was staying away at a friends tonight, Once I was already there. Even though she and dad had really upset me, I wouldn't want to make her worry like that.

Sophie and Raven didn’t live too far away, walking distance really, and by the time I got there, the twins were waiting for me at the bottom of their driveway. Their house was near enough a mans

I was starting to feel better about myself too. It really seemed like everyone had settled back into the school routine and summer was just memories now. I hadn’t really even spoken to Toby and only seen him at school. It felt weird, having so close on a daily basis but not really speaking to him, but he was giving me the space he told me he would give me, so I couldn’t complain about that.I had my head down, carrying in with the work Toby had set for the class, but Sophie kept nudging me. I tried to ignore it as much as I could but it was really starting to bug me.

Chapter FortySitting in the waiting room, I waited to be called in for my appointment. Apart from the receptionist, who sat, typing away rather loudly, behind her desk, I was the only person waiting in here. I always felt nervous coming here, like I was opening myself up in a really intimate way… I guess in a way, I was. I heard the door of the office open and Looked up. Chapter Forty OneGetting home, Dad was still at work. I told mum I was going out with my friends and I’d be staying over the night. She wasn’t happy that I was going out on a school night, but she said I could. I think she was just glad that I was back to ‘’normal’’ again.I showered and changed in record time. I even put some make-up on, making a little bit of an effort. I guess I figured if I looked good-ish, I’d feel good-ish. If it worked, it worked. I rushed around my room, Grabbing a few essentials that I’d need, a change in clothes, wash bag, hairbrush, etc, and stuffed them into my backpack before flinging it over my shoulder and heading downstairs again.I text my friends telling them I was on my way as I rushed out the door, c

  • Mr Wolfe (Werewolf Romance)   Chapter Forty Two

Chapter Forty TwoMy revelation seemed to sober up my friends pretty quickly. As soon as the words left my mouth, I instantly regretted them, but I felt relief. I was also glad that we were in the garden and my admission wasn’t heard by the entire senior class...‘I-I didn’t know’. Chelsea seemed just as shocked and horrified as everyone. ‘I didn’t mean anything by what I said, just-’‘Oh shut up Chelsea!’. Thomas scolded her. ‘You were being a judgemental bitch!’.‘Hey, Back off!’. Sally came to her girlfriend's defence, although he had a point. A separate disagreement kicked off between the three of them, until Raven told them to shut up. I just looked at her, disgusted. SHE

Chapter Forty ThreeTime passed and I didn’t realize until then how much I had missed them. I wouldn’t even say I knew them that well, but I did, genuinely miss them. It was a little awkward though, me and Toby weren't really talking so the guys tried their best to include me in their conversations. It was getting late, at this point, I wouldn’t even get 5 hours of sleep in by the time I got home, washed, into bed and then having to get up again when my alarm went off.I checked my phone, Not wanting to say anything to Toby. I had crashed his night, I wasn’t going to ruin it by ending it early because I wanted to go home.‘Are you ready to go?’ Toby leaned over and asked quietly. I just smiled at him.

I didn’t want space anymore. I just wanted him.I made sure I was at every lesson he taught, on time for every homeroom. Make sure to pay attention and do well. Chapter Forty SixThe week seemed to fly by within a blink of an eye. I hadn’t seen Toby outside of school, however, we had been texting pretty regularly, even a few times within school hours, but it never really went further than that. There was a little flirting but really, it was almost like I was getting to know him again, falling for him again, and honestly... I wanted him back, but he hadn’t really said anything to the contrary and while there was a little bit of flirting… he would promptly change the subject.…but it was clear there was still a deep connection there. My parents were going to invite Toby themselves, but I told them I’d do it. I’ll be honest after Toby left, I had no idea where the story was going, throwing in the pregnancy was a spur of the moment choice I made very late at night when I was trying to figure out How I wanted this story to end.I had a massive amount of people complaining that one of my other books was ‘’unfinished’’ because it was left on a cliffhanger, much like this story has been. There will be a sequel, but please know it won’t be out for a while. I have a few other books I need to work on first. I need to write the third book in the Outlaw Series as well as TRY and figure out if I have enough ideas for a third book in t

  • Mr Wolfe (Werewolf Romance)   Chapter Seventy Two

Note: Due to the negitive reviews after this chapter, I feel I need to make one thing clear, this book ends on an unexplained cliffhanger, meaning while the ending might seem "out of character" for Toby, remember that! It IS out of character for him, so thus, there must be a reason for what happens. Bare thst in mind please before leaving damaging reviews and remember there will be a sequel to clear all that up. I thought it would be obvious, but apparently not.. Chapter Seventy OneThe day finally came. I had been planning it with my mum for the past few weeks. The flight was in a few hours, the hotel was booked, everything was sorted. She did try and convince me to leave Axl behind and just go alone, but as much as I know she was trying to make it easier for me, I couldn’t leave him behind, even for afew days. She and dad were driving us to the airport. I panicked a little bit when I realized that we were flying and the baby didn't have a passport, but that was sorted out, no problem, and now, we were both ready to go on our adventure and find Toby.It shouldn’t be that hard. I’d just call him and we could figure it out from there. I was saying basically in the same place me and my parents stayed before, so I knew my

Chapter Seventy** A few days later **I was finally home from the hospital and as I thought, things were different. Dad doted on Axl, and he had been a lot nicer to me too. It was nice for things not to be like they were. I was really worried things would never get back to normal and now, well, they were even better than normal even was! While I was in the hospital, recovering a little, mum and dad put the cot together in my room for me. I had left it till the last minute to do it myself, but in all fairness, he was a few weeks early. Even with him coming earlier than expected, I had sat down and discussed with my parents that I was going to still wait till after Graduation to leave town. They knew of my plans from the day Toby left, when

Chapter Sixty NineDad got me to the hospital in record time and mum was already there waiting for us. She worked close by, but even so, that was pretty impressive. They took me into an examination room to check me over and apparently, I was already pretty far along with the labour. I was 7 cm dilated, which meant it was nearly time.I wasn’t sure if I was even ready for this.Mum was going to be there with me in the delivery room, Dad was going to wait outside. I don’t think he was ready for this either. As they wheeled me past time, heading up to the delivery suite, I could tell by the look on his face, this was a changing point.Things were going to get better after this. I just knew it.

Chapter Sixty Eight*** A Few More Months Later **Graduation was fast approaching, it's all you could hear about in school, but luckily I wasn’t there much of the week anymore. My due date was moved up to before graduation now and being so heavily pregnant, I wasn’t really required to attend, as long as I collected school work to complete at home, but I rarely did that anyway. If people weren’t talking about me already, they surely were now, and I couldn’t give a fuck. Apart from the obvious things, I was pretty happy with my life, for the most part, and while people were picking what colleges they were going to and what they planned to do after High School, I knew what I was going to do… I was going to be a mother.

Chapter Sixty SevenWalking into the house, I called out to see if mum and dad were home yet. Mum called back that she was in the kitchen, and I headed over. I asked where dad was and she said he was still at work. Good, it meant I could share the good news with her.‘I thought you were staying at the other house tonight?’ I smiled and put the shopping bag down on the side.‘I am, but I forgot to pack some clothes that actually fit’. She chuckled. ‘I have something to show you!’. I told her, unable to hide my excitement. She stopped what she was doing and turned to look at me, waiting. I opened the bag and pulled out the little blue sailing boat onesie and she gasped, covering her mouth.

  • Mr Wolfe (Werewolf Romance)   Chapter Sixty Six

Chapter Sixty SixThe day dragged on and on and even when school was over, it still didn’t end. The phone call from the doctors was to remind me of an appointment I had, that admittedly, I had forgotten about, and then I still needed to go home and get clothes too.The Business just never seems to end these days. There's always an appointment or a job or something that needs doing. I was just trying to get through and make it till graduation. If I wasn’t allowed to drop out and the school was clearly not going to kick me out, I had to graduate… and then I could leave. I could go and find Toby……I wasn’t stupid, I know there is a good chance he was not going to be waiting for me. By the time I’m actually able to go, We would have been apart for a very long time
