Chapter 30

Zara ate her dinner in silence. She made up her mind to steer clear of James from now on to dodge awkward run-ins with Yosef.

James offered to drive her home after dinner, and Zara did not turn him down.

While in the car, she added James' contact number. She also checked out the post Beatrice had talked about.

It was way too misleading.

As they pulled up to her building, Zara spoke up, "Mr. Sate, could you take down that post?"

James was puzzled. "Why should I delete it?"

"It's not appropriate. It could lead to misunderstandings."

"Really? I thought it was pretty cool."

Zara, calm but firm, pressed on, "It's better to remove it."

With a sigh, James grabbed his phone. "Fine, fine. If you want it gone, it's gone. I'll do as you say."

Zara thanked him. "I appreciate it, Mr. Sate."

With the post now deleted, James' mood lifted. "How about we grab dinner tomorrow night?"
