Chapter 116. Sensitive

“Come on in, Rio!” Angelo called after they got to the house. Rio stood staring at the mansion as if there was something dreadful inside he would rather not see.

“Go on, Angelo. I’ll come over later. I need to go now.” Rio finally decided he couldn't face Ari. He might end up saying words that he would regret. He needed to talk to Luca. Yes. That was it. With that, he bade Angelo goodbye at the gate and watched him enter while he walked back to the car parked outside.

He drew a deep breath as he turned on the car engine.

As he drove through the streets, he couldn’t help but wonder how his relationship with Luca would turn out. The fact that he fucked the Nanny didn’t freak him as he expected….as if he was expecting Luca to cheat.

Deep in thought, he didn’t realize the large truck that was coming towards him. Before he could notice, it was too late as he tried to divert in another direction….he ended up hurling at a poll by the roadside and a blackout was next.
