142. Alice's Mind

When Edmund took out a green teddy bear, Sky's jaw dropped. "Papa did bring Grassy! As I thought, Papa wouldn't leave Grassy at the office." Her laughter was in the air.

When her father handed her the bear, Sky immediately jumped to catch it. "Thank you, Papa. I think I can sleep well tonight even though I can't hug you."

Edmund smiled faintly. "Besides, I also brought this."

Seeing a backpack full of pins, Sky's laughter echoed again. She jumped up and down.

"My bag!"

While helping Sky carry the full bag, Edmund let out a faint sigh. "You never go without your bag, right?"

"Yeah, an adventurer must always be prepared and full of supplies. What did you put in here, Papa? Why is it so full?" Sky patted her bag. It was bulging but not too heavy.

"Open it later when you're inside. Now I have to go back to hiding. Don't let your mother see me. I don't want her to cry again."

Sky nodded in agre

Writers please let Alice and Ed be happy and stop all of the foolery from his mom and Giselle put Giselle in jail are the crazy house and his mother in the nursing home and be done I’m tired of their wickedness
