Seeing the small hole at the bottom, Judy understood everything.

　　This was a new milk powder can. If it were opened from the front, it would raise suspicion. But from the bottom, no one would notice.

　　Judy glanced at Lewis, and they both didn't speak, yet they both suspected the same person.

　　"I... I'm going to the restroom for a moment," Judy said, needing some time to process the fact that someone she once trusted could do such a thing.

　　Judy entered the restroom, washed her face with cold water, and tried to clear her head.

　　Then, with trembling hands, she took out her phone and wanted to call John to ask about the situation. But after scrolling through her contacts, she still couldn't bring herself to make the call.

　　After calming down for a while, she walked out of the ward.

　　Her grandmother had fallen asleep, no longer vomiting or having diarrhea, and was now resting weakly.
