Cynthia, seeing Matthew gazing at her, decided to pour herself a glass of wine. Till then, she had only had one drink, which was no big deal, but Matthew quickly caught on to her intention.

After clinking glasses with Jimmy and finishing his drink, he refilled his glass on his own.
