Chapter 757

Matthew recalled the night June had called him. He distanced himself from her, asking, "What are you doing here?"

"I came here to look for you," June replied, glancing intentionally at Cynthia in the passenger seat. She was determined to expose Cynthia's true nature and make Matthew realize that his girlfriend was not a good person.

"What do you want?" Matthew's attitude remained indifferent.

"It's not convenient to talk here. Why don't we go to where your place is and discuss it in detail?" June asked tentatively, clueless that the person who had blocked her number was actually Matthew himself.

Matthew refused.

Cynthia had given him the house. He would not allow June to go there and speak ill of her.

"Wait for me here for a moment. I'll park the car and come out to meet you," Matthew said, wanting to find out how she knew where he lived.
