"I've settled the discharge procedures. Do you want me to take you back, or do you want your 'granddaughter' to take you back?" Joshua said to Old Man Neal in his usual indifferent and cool tone.

"I don't need you to help me," Old Man Neal was still angry with him, and the incident from yesterday morning appeared in his mind again.

He had been oil painting in the yard when Joshua brought Jayleen to Old Neal Manor. After a brief introduction, he announced that he would marry Jayleen after divorcing Cynthia.

Old Man Neal was furious, and without much thought, he slapped him.
