With only family members present, Cynthia knew that the purpose of that night had finally arrived. Old Man Neal, Felix, and Daphne were likely to persuade her to postpone the divorce.

"Cynthia, have a seat," Daphne greeted her with gentleness and elegance, showing that she genuinely liked Cynthia.
