Suzie was stunned, appearing uneasy as she pursed her lips.

Seeing her silence, Moe calmly pressed on, "Is that right?"

"So what?" Suzie playfully argued, forcefully suppressing her complex and uneasy emotions. "Even if you didn't do it intentionally, you still took away my first kiss. In the end, the result is the same."

Moe continued to stare at her.

Suzie tightened her grip on the glass.

Moe stood up, taking the glass from her hand, and asked, "Hot or cold water?"

"Aren't you thirsty?"

"Warm water."

"Alright."

Moe poured her a glass of lukewarm water, then handed it back to her. As he did, he briefly explained his plans for the next two weeks, saying, "I'll be staying
