It was a pretty long day with they going around the city, checking out perfect and suitable points for a mall and some buildings that are for sale as well there.

As soon as Mika chose, Luc's eyes furrow. "If you want to stay there, it's completely fine by me but do you want to stay in a place that people never come to?"

She looks around and her smile drops. "I didn't note that. That one by the entrance to the shopping district is the perfect choice then. I mean, it was second on my choice list." She smiles and then feels slightly bad because the shopping district building is the most expensive of every one they had checked and somehow, it feels like she's imposing on him.

Luc seems to notice the change in her demeanor. "I'm the one doing this for you, you just get to choose. Don't worry, you're not taking undue advantage of me, I think I'll know when that's happening."
