Jaylene blushed and looked down. "Aurora, stop saying that," she said softly.

Her words were filled with girlish bashfulness.

If Jaylene was not willing, she could have given a direct refusal.

But, all she said was "stop saying that", which meant that she was not against being paired up like that.

Stella felt uncomfortable.

She was reminded of the photo she saw on Vermont's feed a few days ago. 'Keegan, that bastard. Could it be that he got drunk and said nonsense to Jaylene and gave her the wrong idea?'

'Why else would a lovely girl like her wants to be paired up with a pig like Keegan?'

Stella grabbed a piece of watermelon from the table and took a bite.

"Aurora is not wrong. Both of them are single and unwed, so it wouldn't hurt to let them interact more." Mrs. Chapman cheered.
