Isabella paced restlessly outside the ward, waiting to hear the news from the doctor. Even though she was desperate to get away from Kenneth, allowing Hector to take her was never an option, she would never go with him.

He was a devil and an evil man. If she dared go with him then she should be prepared to die or lose her daughter and that was what she was trying to avoid. Losing Laura.

Isabella touched her rumbling tummy. Ever since she got pregnant, her appetite increased. She frequently ate and right now when she was barely at her dinner she felt hungry.

Mr Hector was inside the office with the doctor discussing Laura. Even though Hector was a devil, the existence of his granddaughter made him chill.
