Chapter 6 _ Escape

Isabella felt a feeling of warmth flow through her when he kissed her. Her fear disappeared immediately and she became calm.

Alex wanted to stop the kiss immediately he noticed her calmness, but something prompted him not to. This was his first time feeling this way from kissing any woman.

For the past six years, after the death of his ex-girlfriend, Alexander Hun has never been intimate with any other woman. Matter of fact, people in the city assumed that he was gay.

Alex didn't mind the rumors and kept his vow to stay off women. Not until two nights ago when he got the deal from Adams. He wouldn't have slept with Isabella if he wasn't drugged as well.

The kiss lasted for minutes before Isabella allegedly pushed him off with both hands. She used all her strength to be able to get him off her.

Alex just stood there, glaring at her and was unable to explain his reasons for kissing her. No matter what he said to this woman, she would always see him as the man who violated her so he just left.

Alex shoved both his hands into his pockets and left the bedroom. Meanwhile Isabella had just recovered from the traumatic state she was in. For a moment, she realized how much his kiss helped her to keep calm, but she just couldn't bring her heart to forgive him.

It was all Adams' fault but he could've also refused his offer. Isabella felt cold and her body began to tremble again. She gathered the duvet and bedsheets and used them to cover her body.

Alex reached his bedroom, he pulled off his clothes and stepped into the bathroom. There was a feeling of heat and uneasiness that ran through his spine and the only way he could think of relieving it was to bathe.

Alex knew that he hurt Isabella, and she was very angry at him. He could only think of ways to make it up to her even though he knew that she might not even accept them.

He shoved his fingers into his full dark hair as he washed it under the shower, placing his right hand on the tiles walls, Alex could only think of Isabella at that moment.

Flashy images of his getting intimate with her occupied his thoughts, he just couldn't get them off. Her warm soft skin, her succulent lips and tight core. Fuck! He wanted that woman over and over again.

He wished that night didn't end soon, he just wished. Isabella was everything he wanted in a woman unless for the fact that she was young.

Her hair color, her skin, her huge brown eyes and her petite figure. Everything literally turned him on as he thought of them.

How did he get himself into this mess? He'd seen her grow up with his nephew and he never had eyes for her. Not even once. Why did everything suddenly change after that night?

Alex stared down at his hardened dick. He got hard just from thinking about that woman! Isabella… "What the hell are you?.." he grinned.

Alex had to spend extra time in the bathroom in order to get rid of his urge to take Isabella.

Later that evening, Isabella was still in her bedroom and hasn't stepped out since Alex left.

It was time for dinner so Alex had a maiden to go call her. When the maiden arrived inside the room, she noticed that Isabella wasn't in bed so she went on to find her inside the bathroom.

Frightened, the maid hurriedly returned to the dining room to inform Alexander about her absence.

The maid who ran all the way downstairs tried to catch her breath when she arrived. "Mr Hunt, the young lady is missing!" The maid yelled, she was a middle aged woman, that was why she referred to Isabella as a young lady.

Lady Patricia has been Alexander's maid for years, she served him after she had served his father.

Lady Patricia noticed the fear in Alex's eyes as he jerked up upon hearing the news. She realized how much he cared for Isabella.

Even though she barely spent a day in the Mansion, Lady Patricia knew that there was something between them because Alex would never bring a woman home, talkless of a random woman.

"Mr Hunt…" she tried to speak but Alex just brushed past her and left.

Alex didn't wait to inform Carlos before he drove out of the mansion to find Isabella. He didn't have anything to track her, he'd barely settled with her.

How the hell did a grown woman escape his numerous guards?

Alex continued driving down the estate. Estimating the time he left her room, if she had left immediately, she would've gone far.

If not, she would still be in the estate. BlueHill estate is the biggest in Metro City. They wouldn't even let Isabella exit or come in unless she showed them her ID. It was made and reserved for the rich and wealthy.

Alex was still positive that he would find Isabella lurking around the place.

As he continued driving, he soon noticed from afar, a woman in a short dress walking briskly down the road.

She continuously pushed back her hair, Isabella wanted to leave at all cost.

She was just about to cross the road when Alex's car had almost hit her. Isabella was drowned in her thoughts, she didn't realize when the car had honked at her several times.

She shook fearfully when she almost got hit. Isabella tried to run but Alex walked out of his car and grabbed her.

"No… don't touch me. Let me go!" She screamed out.

"Isabella, are you alright?" Alex tried to ask her.

"Don't touch me you bastard!"

"Get a hold of yourself, woman! I'm not Adams who sold you off. Isabella, if you do not behave yourself I might have to punish you" Adams threatened her.

Isabella tried pushing him off but he already expected it and defended himself. Alex slammed her against his car, Making her hurt her back. Isabella groaned hard.

"Let go of me" she yelled.

He pressed his body on hers, pinning her down with both hands. "If I hear you scream again, I swear Isabella, I won't spare you. I will take you right here… Right out here!" He threatened.

Isabella felt his hot breath caress her neck and it made her humble quickly.

She didn't struggle anymore.

"Where were you heading?" He asked her.

"I wasn't running away.." Isabella tried to explain but he cut her words short.

"I know you weren't running away. Tell me, where are you going?"

"To get some medicine. My body aches" she confessed.

Alex scanned her body observantly. He immediately let go when he realized that he was adding to her pain. "Where does it hurt?" He asked in a calm tone.

"Isabella turned to face him. "All over"

"I'll call the doctor over. Let's go back home" he suggested.

"No" Isabella immediately stopped him.

"I prefer to get the medicines instead." She said,

Alex arched his brow, giving her a dubious stare. He had no reason to suspect her so he just agreed and took her out of the estate.

Minutes later, they arrived at a huge pharmacy just after the estate. Isabella hurriedly walked out of the car, Alex followed her behind.

They reached the counter and Isabella asked for pain relief drugs. She glared around, she wanted to ask for another drug but she didn't want Alex to find out what kind of drug it was.

She watched him closely, hoping that he would lose his focus as he was standing right behind her.

Before the clerk would return with the drugs she had asked for, Alexander's mobile phone rang and he excused himself to take it.

Isabella acted with haste. She asked the clerk to add some birth control pills In the medicine. Everything took two minutes and Alex arrived just in time to meet the medicines already packaged for her.

Isabella brought out her card to pay but Alex was more swift with his. He scanned the code of their account details and made a wire transfer to the amount mentioned by the clerk..

She then proceeded with the receipt but Isabella made her understand that the receipt was irrelevant since they got the drugs. Seeing her act strangely, Alex demanded to get the receipt from the clerk and it was handed over to him.

Isabella tried to snatch the piece of paper from him…

They eventually arrived in the car and Alex began to inspect the drugs she had bought. "What the hell are you doing?" She asked, trying to stop him from checking the bag.

"I can't have my woman take drugs which aren't prescribed for her,"

Alex took pictures of the drugs and sent them to his doctor. He waited to get his response before he drove off the pharmacy.

Fortunately, Isabella already took out the contraceptive pills from the bag and hid them. She already suspected Alex so she had acted fast.

They arrived at the mansion minutes later, Alex had stopped by a convenience store to buy some stuff for her. He knew that the medicines might be bitter so he got candies and Ice cream for her to eat after she took them.

Even though she successfully escaped him tonight, Isabella was still concerned about the reciept he had with him.

She hoped that he wouldn't read it.
