Darlington's POV

My mother became speechless after she heard Samara's remarks. She said, "Hmm, I don't like that Amara, and it's good that she has finally gone back home to her parents in the village."

"It's okay, Darlington. You shouldn't have sent Jenna away. We all make mistakes and not one of us is above making a mistake. You should forgive Jenna and accept to marry her instead," my mother said, and I looked at her in disbelief.

"Mom, I am only listening to you right now because of one reason. Because your my mother. Do not tell me about Jenna again! Amara left with my baby and you think that I'm joking with you!" I shouted back at my mother as I rose from the couch where I sat.

My mother looked stunned, "Darlington..."

"Don't try to preach to me about Jenna again. I agree that you do not like Amara. The same way Dad does not like Jenna. But this is my life that we are speaking about here," I said. "For the last five years, I had been dating Jenna. She refused to conceive for me
