Chapter 5

I rolled over the next morning and smiled. I heard Axel out on the balcony on the phone and I wrapped the sheet around me and stood up. I made my way out the door and wrapped my arms around his waist. He tensed and hung up the phone and turned around to face me.

"Good morning beautiful" he says

"Good morning to you baby" I say kissing him

I try to deepen it but he pulls back and I pout. He laughs and pecks my lips.

"Come on shower and get dressed you have plans with you sister today" he says

I sigh but nod and walk in the door and drop the sheet and it causes him to moan and follow me into the bathroom. We both shower quickly and I run out to throw on some shorts and a shirt that is flow but is cut all the way down the back and cuts off right under my boobs showing my tummy. I put in a cute belly button ring and threw on some sandals and did my make up. I grabbed my phone and headed down stairs.

"Good morning my lovelies" I say to them

"Well someone is happy and glowing this morning" Markus says

Jace spits outs his coffee and looks at me with wide eyes. I smirk and go back to cooking breakfast.

"You had drunken sex?"Jace screamed

I flinched and turned to face him and smacked the hell out of him.

"I was not drunk and so what if I did? It was MY decision mine. Not yours so back the fuck off now" I say picking up my phone and going down to the lobby. I look up to see Abby waving at me and I walk over to her. She hugs me and we head to the car. We get to the mall and I immediately run to the baby store. I bought so many things I knew I spent a large amount. I didn't care this was my niece we were talking about. Abby stood by smiling at me and rubbed her tummy. I paid for everything and we movie to shopping for things for us. I bought Markus new vans cause he loves his shoes. I bought Jace a new watch the one he was dying to have. I bought Jacob a new I love the chef apron with his name on it. I bought Abby something but I couldn't let her know what it was. I bought Axel new cuff links and a new tie that was hot pink. I laughed at that one. I bought Nancy and Jason something and they were going to be so surprised. Abby was still laughing as I shopped. I grabbed her hand and she leaned into me. 

"I have missed this" I mumble

"Me too. I'm so sorry I couldn't help you" She says with tears in her eyes

"It's not your fault. It's our fathers. But I have dad and he is more than enough for me" I tell her

She nods and then someone grabbed my arm. I dropped the bags and spun around punching the person in the face. 

"Damn girl no need to get violent" Manny hissed

"Oh my god Manny I'm so sorry. You should know better than to do that to me tho" I hiss at him

"I know i'm sorry. I called your name but you weren't listening" He says rubbing his cheek

"I'm so sorry." I say sadly

"Hey it's ok. It was my fault. I knew better." He says hugging me

"What do you say to all of you coming to the house for dinner? I'll even cook" I tell them

"We can't just take off for a few days Lexi" Manny says

I smirk and pick up my phone. I call Jacob and he picks up on the first ring. 

"Jacccccc" I whine

"Alright I'll bite what do you want?" He chuckles out

"Can you take a few days to come to the house? I wanna have a family dinner and some family time. I already got everyone else in on it" I tell him

"You can have three days that's the best I can do" He tells me 

"And that is why I love you" I tell him smiling

He chuckles and says " and I love you. Now send my wife home so we can pack. We will meet you at the hotel in a hour and then we can follow you back"He says

"Yes sir. Love you" I tell him

"Love you too" He says

"OK Abs go home and pack and I will see you in a hour and same goes for you Manny" I say smiling

Their jaws were dropped and I smirked. They nodded and I headed to the car that was waiting for me. 

"Where to Ms.?" The driver says

"Back to the hotel please" I tell him 

He nods and starrts driving. About ten minutes later we pull up to the hotel and I carry all the bags inside and Jace pounces on me trying to look in the bags. I popped his hands and he backed down. I took them to the bedroom to see Axel talking to his twin brother. His brother nods at me and I nod back and start packing our things. 

"What are you doing?" Axel asks

"Well it would appear that i'm packing our things. I have plans for all of us. You will be working from home for the next three days" I tell him

"No Lex I can't" He says

"You can and you will. I already handled everything. We are having family time and you will be there or you will be sleeping in the dog house with China" I tell him 

He huffs and I glare at him and he smiles at me and walks over pecking my lips. I sigh and turn to face his brother.

"Would you like to join us? I have a lot planned out for everyone. One more won't hurt" I ask him

"Um I don't know" He says nervously looking at Axel

"Everyone deserves a second chance" I whisper in his ear

"You should come bro. If Lex planned it and she is cooking you won't want to miss this" He tells his brother

"Um sure. Can I bring someone with me?" He asks looking at me

"Is it a female friend?" I ask wiggling my eyebrows

His face goes bright red and I smirk and walk over pinching his cheeks.

"Yes it's a lady friend and I know you know what happened but this is different. I don't want you to think of me like that cause I have changed" He says nervously

"It's not place to judge you til I know you myself. Yes I know what happened but if you say you have changed then i'm willing to give you a chance. But the first time you cross me I will hand you your ass on a silver platter. Do you understand me?" I ask him

"Yes ma'am" He says stepping closer to hug me but stops

I roll my eyes and hug him. 

"Thank you" He whispers

I lean back and nod at him and wink and walk back over and start packing. 

"Lex baby what is in those bags?" Axel says stepping towards them

"No sir. No peeking. Now pack your stuff." I tell him

He huffs and starts packing. 

"Huff at me one more time and you will be on the couch tonight. I have had a good day and I don't need you attitude today"  I snap at him

He nods and walks over and kisses me hard. 

"I'm sorry. But he caught me off guard and so did you." He says

"Sorry. Let's go." I tell him grabbing all my bags

I walk out to see everyone waiting on us. 

"Is everyone ready to go?" Axel asks

"Yes. And if Lexi is cooking i'm beyond ready to go" Jacob says

"Well then let's go." I say smiling

We all head down with a barking China and we all get in our cars and drive the two hours to the house. I called ahead and had Nancy get the other rooms ready. We pulled in and Jason opened the door for us. I walked up and kissed his cheek and headed inside. I stopped and hugged Nancy and headed to put my things away. I threw on some sweats and a t shirt and pulled my hair on top of my head and headed down to make my homemade lasagna. I plugged in my IPod and started cooking and swaying my hips. I even started singing and continued to get everything ready. Jacob came over and grabbed a knife and started chopping things for the salad. I smiled and bumped his hip with mine. He bumped mine back and I laughed. I continued to sing and then I remembered I forgot to call Amy. 

"Babe" I call

"yes love" He says walking in the kitchen

"Call your mom and dad I forgot to. And there should be a package coming in a little bit. Please don't open it just put it on the bed and I'll handle it when I'm done here" I tell him

He nods and kisses my forehead and walks out. 

"You seem happy" Jacob says

"I am. It's the first time in a long time I have been truly happy" I tell him smiling

He nods and keeping cooking with me. I finally get the large pan of lasagna in the oven and the salad was ready and in the fridge. I got the cheesy garlic bread ready to go in the over and put a few bottles of white wine in the fridge. I ran upstairs and got everyone's gifts together and then jumped in the shower. I washed quickly got out dried me hair and then did my make up and curled my hair. I slipped on a blue dress and slipped on some black heels and then walked down stairs to see everyone waiting on me. Nancy and Jason went to excuse themselves and I stood up.

"Nope you two sit. You are joining us for dinner. Besides i have a few things for everyone." I tell them

They sigh but sit and I bring out the salad. We all eat on that while the lasagna cools. I walk back in the kitchen and bring out the large pan of lasagna. 

"Oh hell you cooked all of that?" Austin says

"Yes I did. Well Jac helped but yeah. I usually make alot cause you will want more." I say serving everyone

The all take a bite and moan at the same time. 

"Told ya" I say smiling

I pour everyone a glass of wine and Jacob gets ready to say something before I stop him.

"One glass won't hurt her. I called my doctor and asked. It is also very good for her kidneys. She can actually have one glass a day if she wishes." I tell him

He sighs and nods and Abs picks up her glass and takes a drink. She moans and I smirk.

"Oh and Abs I made strawberry shortcakes for dessert" I tell her smiling

"And this is why your my sister." She says smiling

"Ok once everyone is done. Go to the living room and I'll bring dessert and some other things." I say standing up clearing the table. 

"Leave the dishes you cook we will clean" Nancy says

I open my mouth to protest and everyone glares at me. I sigh and nod and take everything to the kitchen. I come back with everyone's dessert and headed off to get all my bags from the bedroom. On the way down Jason stopped me.

"Now" He says

"Now and is now now?" I ask 

"Yes now now. Like in a minute" He says rubbing his hands together

"Wait give it to me I have to perfect idea" I tell him

He nods and hands it over. 

"How will I?" He asks

"Just wait for my cue and you will know. I will do you two last so you will know it's coming" I tell him

He nods and kisses my forehead and I grin up at him. I head down with all the bags and take a seat in the floor but not before I kick off my shoes. 

"Babe don't sit in the floor" Axel says

"Yeah telling her that is like talking to the wall. She loves being in the floor when she is concentrating on something. She would work in the floor at work if you would let her." Markus says

"Hey don't judge me and have you felt how soft this carpet is? I would sleep down here if it wouldn't kill my back every night" I say smiling

"Alright what's going on?" Amy asks

"Well I did a little shopping today and got something for everyone. And do not protest!" I say sternly

"Jace"  I say tossing him a box that was wrapped

He unwrapped it and gasped and pulled out the watch. He grinned and got down on the floor and came over and hugged me. I tossed a box at Markus and he opened it and grinned. 

"And see if I wasn't gay I would totally marry you" He says holding up his new vans

I tossed a box at Axel and he opened it and grinned. 

"I'm totally not wearing this" He says

"Oh yes you are" I say sternly glaring at him

He nods and sighs and I smile.

"Austin I didn't know what to get you and Britany so I improvised." I tell him

I tossed them their boxes and Britany pulled out parkly stilettos. And Austin pulled out cuff links that were solid gold. 

"Thank you" Britany shrieked

"Your welcome honey." I say 

"Thanks Lexi" Austin says smiling

I nod and turn towards Amy and Henry and hand them a envelope. Amy opened it while Henry watched and she gasped. 

"Your sending us to Spain?" She asks

"Yes for two weeks. And no Henry you can't protest because Axel's is running the company and you stress to much. Take your wife on a vacation that doesn't involve work" I tell them

Amy squeals and stands up and walks over hugging me. I hug her back and sigh. 

"Ok last but not least Jason and Nancy" I say

Jason stands up and I hand him a large box. He walks over to Nancy and kneels in front of her while she opens it and looks at me for a minute. 

"Wait we are going to the bahamas?" She asks

"Yes you are for two weeks. Keep looking" I tell her

She starts pulling out things and finally comes to it. She pulls it out and opens the box and gasps.

"Marry me" Jason says

"YES!" She shouts

I laugh and Jason kisses her. We were all clapping and Axel walks over to me and I snuggle into him.

"You little brat. You knew this whole time didn't you?" Nancy says

"Yup. Who do you think picked out the ring?" I asked in a duh tone

She rushes at me and I squeal and run from her. She catches my arm and hugs me. 

"Thank you" She whispers

"Your welcome." I tell her

I look at Markus and nod and he sighs. He kneels in front o Jace and pulls out the box.

"Will you marry me?" Markus asks Jace 

Everyone's head snap to them and I pull out my phone. 

"Babe will you marry me?" He tries again

"Jace" I shout

He snaps out of it and nods. Markus slips the ring on his finger and hugs him. I grin and Jace walks over to my lifting me off the floor and hugs me.

"Thank you" He whispers 

"You don't have to thank him. I just gave him the push he needed" I say smiling

"What about us?" Ans whines

"Hey yours is already at you house and is finished." I say smiling

"Wait what?" Jacob says

"Wanna see?" I say pulling out my tablet

They nod and I hook it up to the flat screen tv. 

"Everyone notice how Manny wasn't here yet?" I ask

They nod and I pull up pictures of the nursery at their house. 

"It is done and waiting for you two. Of course I can show the inside yet cause Jacob doesn't wanna know what you two are having but it's done and fully stocked." She says smiling

"Thank you" Abby says

"Your welcome." I saying hugging her

All of a sudden my phone rings and I run over to answer it. 

"Hello?" I say

I listen for a minute and then I grow angry. 

"What? How could you be so stupid! I'm on my way" I shout into the phone

I stomp over and put my heels back on and Jace grabs my hand.

"What?" I snap

"What's wrong?" He asks

"I have to go to the club. My manager is a dumbass" I say

"Come on i'll drive you" Markus says

"Alright. Guys i'll be back. I have to go handle this" I tell them

"Take your time and fix the problem" Henry says

I nod and walk out the door. We drive the ten minutes there and I got out stomping to the door. Markus was hot on my heels and I walk in and the club was still packed. I walked up on stage and had the music stopped.

"Sorry everyone there is an emergency. I'm going to have to ask everyone to leave." I say and turn the mic off and walk over to the bar. I take a shot of patron and slam the shot glass down. Once it was cleared out and the doors were locked I looked at my manager. 

"Do we not I.d people at the door?" I ask

"Yes ma'am. We didn't know she had a fake I.d. We even ran it under the light to make sure it was real. It showed that it was real. Her parents and the police are waiting in your office." He says

I nod and walk into my office. 

"Hello. I'm Mrs. Petrova I own the bar" I tell them shaking all their hands

"do you not I.d these kids when they come in?" A man hissed

"First off you will not speak to me that way. I haven't done anything wrong. Secondly we do my men even ran HER i.d under the light to make sure it's real. Thirdly shouldn't you be asking your so called daughter where she got the fake i.d to get into a bar where she obviously isn't aloud. And fourthly i could have her sent to jail for stepping into this place underage. There is clearly a sigh on the outside of my building right by the door that states that if you are caught underage in my place I can and will have you sent to jail. Now should we go any further?" I ask taking my seat

Markus starts clapping and I glare at him. He steps back and sighs. 

"No ma'am no need to go further. Are you sending her to jail?" The woman asks winking at me

"Yes actually I am. I will not bend the rules for anyone." I tell her

"What you can't" They girl shouts

"Actually I can. Would you like me to pull of the footage and see what else you have been up to?" I ask her

"No" She whispers

"Just what were you up to young lady?" Her dad asks

"Nothing" She says

"Could you pull it up for us?" The woman asks

I nod and pull it up and turn the screen for them to see her drinking and making out with a guy who had his hand up her dress.

"You are grounded til further notice. Now officers are you taking her? And how long will she be in?" Her father asks

"Yes we are taking her. And she will be in a week. Ms. Petrova doesn't play these games. We have been called down here before because of the same thing. A week is what Ms. Pertrova always pushes for. Now young lady stand up" He says

She stands and starts crying. 

"Dad please bail me out." She says

"No your staying in there" Her mom says

"Your mother is right. Maybe this will straighten you out once and for all" Her dad says as they take her away

"I'm so sorry for her" Her dad says sitting back down

"No worries. At lease she wasn't hurt. I know it's none of my business but she seems like any other troublesome teen. Try this number. Ask for Lillian. She will help you." I tell them

"Thank you again" They say and leave

"Ready to go home?" Markus asks

I nod and walk around turning out all the lights and locking up and we drove home. We pull in and close the gate and head inside. Everyone sitting around chatting and I walk over and sit between Axel and Austin. I kick off my heels and pull my feet up and lean into Axel who kisses my head. I sigh and close my eyes. I feel Austin pull my legs and lay them across his lap and start rubbing my feet. I groan and he chuckles. Axel growls at Austin and I smack his leg. Austin stops rubbing and I peek a eye open at him.

"Hey no one said stop rubbing. I was enjoying that thank you very much" I tell him

He laughs and starts rubbing again. 

"So Britany what is it you do?"  I ask looking at her

"Who i'm going to school to become a nurse" She says

"That's great. I'm fixing to go back to school to become a doctor. I have have my nurses degree" I tell her

"That's awesome. What kind of doctor are you wanting to be?" She asks

"A pediatrician. I love working with kids" I tell her

"That's awesome. I didn't know you were a nurse and you took a job working as an assistant?" Henry says raising an eyebrow at me

"Yeah I did. I wanted something light while I go back to school" I tell him

"That seems better. I understand now. When do you start classes?" He asks

"In a month. Then your never going to see me til I graduate. I will always be busy. Just ask Markus and Jace they never seen me when I was becoming a nurse. They got a hi and goodnight and a kiss on the way out the door everyday." I tell them

"It's true. We didn't even know if she was eating or sleeping. We never seen her sleep til it was close to her graduating then things lightened up. The day she graduated she didn't want to celebrate. We went home ate pizza and I put in a movie and she was out like a light before it even started. She slept a full 18 hours before she woke up again." Jace says laughing

"Damn girl. You gotta slow down" Britany says

"You are about to go trough it. There is no going slow with that kind of job." I tell her 

"She is right. You and Austin will hardly ever see each other. It's going to be really hard." Jace tells her

She nods and leans into Austin's side. China barks and I lean over and lift her up to lay beside me. I stroke her back til I feel myself nodding off. I sigh and stretch. 

"Go get some sleep love. We have all day tomorrow to hand out and do whatever you have planned." Jace whispers in my ear

"Everyone be up and ready by ten. And wearing something you don't mind getting ruined." I tell them standing up

"What is are you planning in that little head of yours?" Jacob says

"Wouldn't you like to know?" I say winking

I pick up China and Markus sweeps me off my feet.

"Come on cinderella bed time" He says

I nod and snuggle into his chest with China in my arms. He carries me to the bedroom and pulls my dress off before slipping on my jersey and pulls the covers over me. He puts China down next to me and pats her head and walks over and turns out the light and leaves. About a hour later I felt the bed dip and I tensed. 

"Shhh it's just me" Axel whispers in my ear

I relax and fall back asleep. I was sleeping so good until I heard my alarm go off. Axel rolls over and turns it off and rolls back off and snuggles into my back. 

"Oh no. Come on you two" Jacob says

"Five more minutes." I mumble

"Alright I'll go start the bath for you" He says and walks away

Five minutes later he comes back and pulls the covers off me.

"Come on sweetpea go get in the bath" He says

I groan but get up and walk into the bathroom and strip down and sink into the hot bubbly water. Axel walks in a few minutes later and gets in the shower. I wash quickly and step out as he does. I walk into the closet and Axel follows me. I dress in some high wasted shorts, a belly shirt, and some knee socks with my converses. I pulled my hair into a messy bun and did my make. I grabbed my phone and as Axel went to grab his I grabbed it and backed away towards the door. I took off runing down the hallway laughing with him chasing me. I made it down the stairs and into the crowed kitchen and around the island when he ran in. 

"Give it back Lex" He growled

"Come and get it" I growled back

He moved and I moved the opposite way. Everyone watched us and I smiled and sprinted into the living room. I felt his arm wrap around my waist and lift me up. I squealed and he started tickling me. I squealed and he finally stopped and kissed me. I smiled into the kiss and then he stood up and pulled me up with him. Everyone was laughing and smiling. I started cooking breakfast and was humming when Jacob coming over and started helping me. 

"Oh wait I got you something" I tell him running off

I came back and held it up and let it fall open. He laughed an I put it over his head and tied it behind him. He turned to face everyone and they laughed. He kissed my forehead and turned around to finish helping me.

"Thank you Lexi" He said bumping my hip

I bumped his back and leaned into him. I smiled and started placing everything on the table. I took my seat and Jacob made my plate and when he sat ir down I busted out laughing. 

"Oh my god. That is perfect" I say laughing

I took out my phone and took a picture of my plate. He turned my pancake into a smiley face. He chuckled and kissed the top of my head. I poured alot of syrup over my pancake and duh into it. Everyone was looking at me like I had two heads and I rolled my eyes at them.

"That is alot of sugar love" Jace says

"And?" I snap

"Nothing love. He means nothing" Markus says slapping the back of Jace's head

"That's what I thought" I said 

"Just didn't want you overdoing the sugar love. We know how much sugar can make you sick" he mumbled

"Really then why is it that I ate ice cream, chocolate, and doughnuts the other night?" I ask

"You are all that?" Jace asked shocked

"Yeah she sent me to the store cause she had a craving" Axel says

"Well ok then" Markus says

We all finished eating and headed to the door. 

"Now where are we going?" Abby asked

"We are going to play in some paint" I tell her

"Yes! I haven't done this since we were little" She says laughing

"Yeah mom took us" I tell her

"Yeah she even took us to the movies afterwards. It was one of the best days we had with her" Abby says

I nod and slide into the SUV. We drove 45 minutes to the place and I slid out. I walked up to the front desk and got everything we needed. 

"I got dibs on Lexi" Jacob yells

"Hey no fair I wanted her" Jace says

"Sorry loves. I'm going with Austin" I say 

Everyone looked at me with wide eyes and I rolled my eyes.

"Alright then" Austin says offering me his arm

We walked pass Axel and I leaned up and kissed him as I walked back. 

"Oh when you hear the bell it's go time" I say

"Alright let's go" Abby says

"Abs be careful" I tell her 

She nods and me and Austin take off to hide.

"Why did you choose me?" He asks

"Everyone was trying to judge you for me. I want my own opinion of you. I don't care about your past it's your past. People can always change their lives. I want to know you not what they want me to know about you" I tell him shrugging

"You know your different that what I thought you would be" He tells me

"I like to keep people on their toes." I say smiling

"I can tell. And I can tell you and my brother really care about each other" He says

"I do really care about him." I tell him smiling again

The bell rings and we take off throwing the paint filled balloons. The bell rang again thirty minutes later and we were all covered in paint and laughing. 

"Hey has anyone seen Axel or Britany?" I ask

"They were over there hiding right before the bell." Jace says

I nod and walk over there and stop dead in my tracks when I see them kissing. I gasp and a tear slips down my face. Austin calls my name and runs over and bumps into me when he sees them. 

"Are you trying to get back at me for that stupid bet?" Austin growls

They jump apart and Axel sees me and steps toward me. I step back and then look at Austin. 

"What bet?" I ask 

"Nothing Lex" Axel starts

"Do not speak!" I scream at him

"Before I knew you I bet Axel he couldn't sleep with you before six months or he had to sign over the company to me. But Lexi that was before we talked today." He says honestly

"Well Axel did you tell them all that you took my virginity for a bet?" I hiss at him

"He did what?" Amy yells

"Henry can you help me find a condo by the beach so I can work at the office down there til I go back to school?" I ask

"Yes I can." He says looking at Axel

"You can be my secretary if you would like. I work in that office. I promise totally professional." Austin says

"Thanks. Jace can you take me to the house to get my things and China?" I ask

"Sure baby" He says throwing his arm over my shoulders

"I will call you tomorrow to give you the address. Do you want completely furnished or what?" Henry asks

"No I want to do that myself" I tell him

He nods and kisses my forehead and Amy hugs me and glares at Axel.

"Take this week to get settled in and then you can start next week." Austin says squeezing my shoulder

I nod and Jace pulls me out of the building with Markus following us. 

"Lexi" Markus starts

"Don't. not right now" I tell him looking out the window

He nods and grabs my hand and just holds it. I get back to the house and walk in to see Nancy baking a cake. Jason looks up at me and jumps to his feet and runs to me.

"What happened?" He asks

"He made a bet that he could sleep with me in six months or he had to sign the company over to Austin. Well he did it and now I just found out."I tell them

Axel runs in the house and sees me standing there talking to Jason. Jason walks over to Axel and punches him right in the jaw. 

"WE quit" He hisses

"You young man i am so disappointed in you. I have watched women come and go in here and never said anything. I told you what I would do if you did her wrong." Nancy says crying

"I'll go pack our things." Jason says kissing her cheek

She nods and takes my hand and pulls me upstairs. I pack all my things in the matter of minutes. I clip on China's leash and head to the front door. 

"What are you two going to do for work?" I ask Nancy

"We will be fine" She says

"Come work for me? Same thing you did here. Henry is working on finding me a condo near the beach" I tell her

"We would love to sweetie." Jason says

We pack my car and drive to a hotel. I walk in and order the presidential suite and head on up. We got settled in and my phone rang. 

"Hello" I say

"I found you a condo. It's five bedrooms. Yours would be on the top floor. There is a dining room, huge kitchen since I know you like to cook, living room, six bathrooms, basement, and it's right on the beach" Henry says

"I'll take it. Jason and Nancy will be working for me" I tell him

"I figured they would once you told them what happened. That's why I took them in mind when finding you your home" He says

"Thank you" I whisper

"You never have to thank me Alexis. Amy and I love you like our own. You know you can come to us about anything." He say

"I love you Lexi" Amy says 

"I love you both" I tell them smiling

" It's still early do you want to meet up and go look at the condo and then do some shopping? Nancy can go with us and Jason can do something with Henry?" Amy asks

"I would love to. Just let me shower. I'm still covered in paint" I tell her

"I'll pick you both up in 30" She says and hangs up

"Nancy would you like to go do some shopping with Amy and I for our new home?" I ask

"SUre sweetie. Let me change" She says walking away

I sigh and lean my head on the table. I feel hands on my shoulders rubbing and I groan.

"It will all be ok" Jason says

"I know. I'm gonna go shower. You get ready to. Henry wants to have guy time" I tell him

He nods and pulls me into a hug and kisses the top of my head. I walk away to grab a shower and slip on some shorts and a cute shirt with my converses. I do my make up and pull my hair into a sideways messy bun. I grab my phone and run to the front room as soon as there is a knock. I open to find a smiling Amy. I smile back and hug her.

"Are you ready?" SHe asks

"Yes let's go." I say as all of us walk downstairs 

Once we walk out the front door I stop dead in my tracks. I see the most beautiful car ever.

"Please tell me that's what we are taking" I ask stunned

"Of course." Amy says tossing me the keys

I look at her and my eyes widen.

"NO!" I gasp

"Oh yes. it's yours" Henry says behind me

"Really?" I squeal

"Yes love." He says smiling

"Please tell me you not doing this cause of what he did" I say

"Alexis no. We are doing this cause we love you and don't want you going without" Amy says

"Well ok then let's go" I say smiling

Henry chuckles and opens my door and I slide in. I crank it up and it rumbles and I grin. The other two ladies get in and buckle up and I pull out into the street. I step on the gas and we shoot forward. I drive to the condo and step out. Amy tosses me the keys and I open the door and push it open. I gasp and walk in further. The condo is huge and has plenty of space. I push open the sliding glass doors and gasp again. I can see the ocean in full view. 

"And you have your own balcony" Amy says

I grin and lean into her. 

"Thank you." I whisper

"Your welcome sweetie. I know i'm not your mom and I would never try to replace her but i'm always here if you need a mom" She says

I snuggle into her more and sigh. 

"Alright come on we have my home to fill" I tell her smiling

We lock everything up and drive to Furniture Galaxy. We walked in and had a woman follow us to write everything down I wanted. I picked a couch, love seat, recliners, tvs, dishes, rugs, microwave, coffee pots, bedroom furniture for all the rooms, and everything needed for all the bathrooms. After six hours of shopping we were done. It would all be delivered tomorrow. I even call the security place to install an alarm. After everything was done I drove us back to the hotel and we all walked inside. 

"Did you have a good day sweetie?" Henry asked

"I did. We got everything I needed. It will be delivered tomorrow." I tell him yawning

"Well if you don't mind we will crash in the other room and then we can all head over tomorrow and help you set everything up" He says

"Yeah that's fine" I mumble with my eyes closing

"Come on sugar let's get you to bed" Jason says lifting me up

That's the last thing I remembered. 

Henry's (pov)

Jason carried her to bed and Amy went to help change her clothes. Soon she came back and sat down by me. She sighed and looked at me sadly. 

"I can't believe him. Henry I love that woman like she is my own daughter. Axel better keep his distance from her or I will cut him out completely. I'm not playing this time. He has went to far this time. I accepted the fact that he had all those whores coming and going but Lexi has been through alot already and he goes and does this." My wife cries

"I know love. I promise to try to keep him away." I tell her

Just then there was banging on the door and I sighed and walked over to answer it. There stood Axel and I sighed again.

"You need to leave" I tell him

"No I want to talk to her" He said

"She is asleep and is tired. You will not be seeing her or talking to her anytime soon. I have already hired body guards. They know you aren't suppose to be around her. I will do what it takes to protect that woman you broke again. Leave her alone Axel cause if your mother gets a hold of you I will not go against whatever she says" I tell him sternly

"No I will talk to her now" He says

"No you will not. Axel leave this instant or I will pull the company from you so fast you head will fucking spin. Now leave" Amy tells our son

His eyes grow wide an security shows up and pulls him from the building. I turn to see a crying Lexi standing there. I walk over to her and hug her and she finally breaks down. I sweep her off her feet and walk over to the couch and sit down. She curl up in my lap and sobs her heart out. Amy wraps a blanket around her and kisses her head. She walks away and comes back ten minutes later with her some hot tea. Lexi sniffles and sits up takes the mug, she sips on it and sits it down and snuggles back into my chest and sighs.

"I'm sorry" She whispers

"Baby girl you never have to apologize for how you feel ever" Amy tells her

Lexi nods and Amy holds her hand. There was a knock on the door and Lexi stiffens. Amy walks over an opens the door and gasps. I turn my head and my eyes grow huge. Lexi turns and jumps up and runs over to Austin.

"Austin what happened?" She asks

"Axel and I had a disagreement" He mumbles

She helps him sit in a chair and runs over to get the first aid kit. She gets a bowl up warm water and a wash rag and starts cleaning his cuts. 

"Lexi I really am sorry. It was before I knew you. I was going to talk to him after you talked to me and call if off. I'm so sorry" He says with a tear slipping down his face

She sighs and wipes it away. 

"It's ok" She whispers

She stands up and kisses his forehead and walks to the kitchen. Austin sighs an runs his hands through his hair an sigh and hisses at the same time. 

"Are you sure your ok?" Amy asks

"I'm fine mom. Just disappointed in myself. I was doing so great in changing my life. My therapist even said I was doing better with everything" He saying hanging his head

We heard sobs from the kitchen an ran in to see Alexis sitting on the floor with a knife and a bleeding wrist. She was hyperventilating and was sobbing. Austin shot forward and took the knife from her and pulled her into his lap. 

"Shhh calm down it's ok." He whispered in her ear

Amy was crying and I walked over to hug her. 

"I c-c-can't breathe" Lexi says

"Sh in through your nose and out through your mouth. deep breathes." Austin tells her

She finally calms down and Austin wraps her arms in a towel and stands with her in his arms and carries her to the bathroom. He sits her on the counter and removes the towel and her eyes clamp shut and she starts crying again.

"Maybe we should take her to the hospital." I say from the doorway

"NO!" She shouts and shoots to the corner hiding an shaking

"Dad get out" Austin yells

Back to Alexis' (pov)

I was shaking and crying in a corner as always. 

"Lexi love I won't take you to the hospital I promise. But you have to come out of the corner for me to fix your arm" He says looking at me

I crawl out slightly and he lifts me up and sits me back on the counter. He cleans my arms and puts a bandage on it. He picked my up and carried me to my bed. I started shaking again and he sighed.

"Come on i'll lay with you til you fall asleep." He says sliding in with me

I rolled over and snuggled into his chest and closed my eyes. 

He rubbed my back and I was out in no time. I slept through the night and when I woke the next morning I was hot and sweating. I rolled over and came face to face with Austin. His blue eyes looking down at me with concern. 

"Are you feeling better?" He asks

"I'm fine. And i'm sorry" I say with a trembling bottom lip

"You don't have to say your sorry. I was where you are some years back. I didn't take you to the hospital cause I knew it wouldn't help you. So today we are going to get your home ready then I have something I want to do with you." He says standing up

My eyes ran over his body and he cleared his throat. 

"What?" I ask

"Stop eye raping me" He says smirking

"But i'm not touching. I'm only looking" I say licking my lips

His smirk dropped and his jaw did to. I laughed and winked at him. I stretched and my shirt pulled up over my ass. 

"Stop staring at my ass" I told him

"i'm only looking. Besides I don't see you that way. My brother has feelings for you so I can't go there" He says looking out the window

I silently walk over to him and wrap my arms his waist and run my hands down his abs. He growls an grips my hands in his. 

"You can't but I can" I whisper kissing his shoulder

"Go get dressed" He growls

I sigh and turn to walk to the bathroom when he catches my arm and turns me around.

"I can't be with him after what he did to me. I won't be with someone like that" I say

"I know" He says and pecks my lips

Sparks fly and we look at each other with wide eyes. He leans in again and there is a knock on the door. We step back from each other when Amy sticks her head in the room.

"How you feeling honey?" She asks

"I'm alot better thanks to Austin" I tell her honestly

"Good. Well get dressed and come on in here for breakfast and then we will head out. I ordered blueberry pancakes" She said walking out

I turn to face Austin and his back was to me. I sighed and walked into the bathroom to shower and to change clothes. I got dressed quickly and pulled my hair into a messy sideways bun and did a little make up and then headed in for breakfast. I sat down to see everyone eyeing me. I closed my eyes and breathed in deep. I open them again to see everyone eating and talking. I took three bites of my pancakes and pushed it away and stood up and ran to the bathroom. I emptied everything out of my stomach and then stood and brushed my teeth and walked back out into the living room and sat down and put my head in my hands. 

"Alright let's go" Nancy says pulling out luggage 

I nod and grab my phone and keys and walk down to the lobby. We enter the parking garage and I click the button to unlock my car. Austin stopped in his tracks and gasped and stuck his hand out for my keys. I burst out laughing and walked over slipping into the driver seat while Jason put our things in the trunk.

"I will be dead before anyone drives my baby. Now either get in or walk" I tell him smirking

His smile drops and huffs and gets in. I pull out of the garage and onto the street. Another sports car pulls up beside me an revs his engine and I smirk and look at him and rev mine. Mine rumbles and his smirk drops. I wink at him and hit the gas as the light turns green. I shoot forward and Austin is holding on for dear life as I swerve in and out of traffic. I finally slow down some and Austin relaxes. 

"It's ok. I know how to drive" I tell him

He looks at me with wide eyes.

"How?" He asks

"My teens years were spent with illegal racing. I use to be the best" I tell him shrugging

"Wow. I don't see it but you never know." He says

I laugh and turn on the music. We finally arrive at the condo and I step out and lock the doors. I walk to the front door and unlock it and walk in. The delivery truck soon pulled in and they started bringing in all my things. I started putting it in it's places and I sighed when the kitchen was done. Austin was moving my living room furniture around and I sighed.

"No by the window" I tell him

"Ok" He says

"Wait no put it back where you had it" I tell him

He groans but does it anyways. I walk over and push him out of the way and move it myself. It was between the windows and I walked back to make sure it looked good. I nodded and put the laps on the tables. 

"You did that on purpose didn't you?" He asked

I nodded and smiles innocently at him. 

"You little pain in the ass" He shouts and runs after me. 

I take off out the back door and onto the beach. I kicked off my shoes and kept running. I turn around running backwards to see him catching up to me. My feet hit the water and I stopped and sighed. 

"Come on the house is done. I have somewhere i want to take you." He tells me

I nod and walk back up the beach and in the back door. 

"Guys we will be back" I call

"Ok be careful and call us if you need us" Henry calls still putting things away

"Ok. Love you" I yell

"Love you too" They both shout 

I smile and slip my shoes on and walk out the front door. I slide into Austin's car and he drives about 15 minutes and pulls up to a building. We walk in and I smile. He chuckles and we walk over to get our skates.

"Roller skating? Really?" He says

"Yes. It helps you relax and just have fun. Now come on. I promise not to let you fall" He says taking my hand

I nod and we get out onto the floor and I act like I don't know what i'm doing. After showing him I can't do it I push off him and starting skating by myself. A fast song came on and I took off doing tricks. I passed him and he had a shocked face. I ended the song in the splits and then pulled myself up and skated over to him. 

"How?" He asked

"Please? I use to live at the rink when I wasn't at the track" I tell him 

He smirked and followed me. I skated backwards in front of him while he held my hands. I smiled and twirled around and he caught my hands again. We skated for another hour and then went to get our shoes. 

"Come on i'll go back and cook dinner" I tell him offering my hand

He nods but doesn't take my hand and walks to the car. I sigh and follow him and slide into the passenger seat. I lean my head on the window and close my eyes. Soon I hear the door shut and I look up to see we are back home. I step out and walk inside. I walk into the kitchen and see that Nancy has already cooked dinner. She fixes my plate and I take it and my wine out to the back patio and take a seat. I quickly eat my dinner and then I lean back sipping on my wine. I feel a hand on my shoulder and look up to see Henry standing there. 

"Good day?" He asks

"Yeah actually. Something I haven't done in a while." I tell him

"That's good. Security is set up in the house a ways down. They will be walking around at all hours so don't get scared if you see them walking around the house" He says

I nod and stand up. I kiss his cheek and take my things to the kitchen. I walk up to my room and change into my workout clothes and jog back down stairs. I see Austin walk towards me and I walk out the back door and stretch. I take off jogging and I see some of my guards and nod at them and they nod back. I see a younger guard around my age jogging as well. I jog past him and he catches up with me. 

"Ms. Petrova" He says

"Nathan right?" I ask

"Yes ma'am" He says

"No need for that. Just call me Alexis" I tell him smiling

"As you wish" He says smiling

"Look I know you work for me but how about dinner tomorrow night?" I ask

"I would love to" He says

I nod and jog back to the house smiling. 

"What's with the smile?" Austin asks

"I have a date tomorrow night" I say smiling still

He stiffens and walks off. 

"With who sweetie?" Amy asks

"Nathan." I tell her

"Ooh he is a cutie" She says

Henry clears his throat and glares at his wife.

"Oh stop. He is cute" Nancy says

" I could watch that man work out all day long" I say grinning at the ladies

"You and me both" Nancy says

I laugh and so does Amy. I hug everyone goodnight an run up to take a hot bath. I get out and I notice it's really hot in my room. I walk over and turn the air down to cool it off and then I walk over and slide into my silk sheets and sigh. I toss and turn for a while and then I come to the fact I won't be sleeping. I turn on the light and pick up my phone and start playing candy crush. I hear my door squeak open and look up to see Jason standing there. 

"You ok sweetie?" He asks

"Can't sleep. It's getting harder again. I don't want to take those pills again" I say to him

"Come on lay down i'll rub your back til you go to sleep" He says

I nod and turn out the light and he sits by me and starts rubbing my back. 

"Thanks papa" I whisper and my eyes close
