Raya

I wasn't sure why I felt disappointed.

It was like I had been expecting something of him which he didn't meet up to, and now I was feeling empty.

But why?

It was a known fact that he's a playboy and I shouldn't have been expecting anything from him really.

If anything, he had done a lot of nice things for me already which I wasn't expecting and that should be enough.

I went back into the room from the balcony which I had been looking from and collapsed on the bed.

I was bored.

There was nothing to do really, even though he had said we were going on a business trip. It felt more like a vacation than a business trip, and he really hadn't given me anything else to do apart from my little survey before.

I sighed repeatedly in a row and stood up to explore the room more, only to find a book that was in the wardrobe none of us had bothered to use.

I wondered who had it.

Mr. Sterling?

A former lodger in the room?

I picked up the book, happy that I had found something to do, and lay on
