“What do you mean she is here to see me?” I had asked my mother Josephine when she called.

“She is your cousin, and she might want to get to know you more,” Josephine had answered, and subsequent to hearing that, I had lost interest in the wide range of various things she said. She was unable to leave me alone, and I didn’t know whether it was her issue or mine.

“Are you still there, Ryan?” I heard her ask into the telephone.

“Indeed. I will get her,” I guaranteed. However I thought the best illustration for the two of them is switch off my telephone exactly when Marietes was going to land.

“It will be the best example for that dream. I never truly knew her when we were growing up, so for what reason would it be advisable for me I get to know her now,” I pondered internally, looking through changed channels on TV. No program had been sufficiently fascinating. I
