Before 10AM Vivian arrived at work with a big cup of coffee. She was asked to meet a client who wanted to make some land purchase.
Thank goodness I don’t have to sit in the office, Vivian told herself gratefully. Even though that was the case, Vivian knew she needed to keep her shit together. So she made sure that she looked presentable before leaving the office.
She took a taxi and headed to the location where she was to meet the client. He had not turned up, so Vivian got into a restaurant nearby and ordered coffee, and waited for the client’s call.
Vivian has always been a coffee lover. So when she tasted the coffee and realized that it was the way she wanted it and more, she could not help but praise it.
“This coffee is so good! How come I don’t know about this restaurant before?” she politely asked the waitress, whose name tag read Lilian.
