''as you know, there have been ongoing promotions in the company over the last two months, and I am aware that you also interviewed for a promotion. Due to the high cost in terms of salary increment involved when it comes to promotion, I would like to let you know that very few qualified for promotions. Many factors were put into consideration before settling on the exactly qualified personnel."John said.
