Tina looked straight ahead. The question was silly. No one would go on an appointment with a psychologist, especially if you knew that you were perfectly fine.

In fact, the comment made her a little mad, but she knew that it would only make things worse. After all, the advice for her to a psychologist was done with good intention.

She took a deep breath. She tried not to be rude, but her words came out voluntarily,  “If only I was alright! I wasn’t on this date!”

“Do you think therapy is only for people who are going through crises?” The psychologist asked without losing her composure for a second because of Tina’s incredible rudeness.

Tina looked at her and knew that the silly question was just a lure to get her to talk, and it had worked.

Perhaps that woman could help her. She took a deep breath and said, “I do not know! I had never really considered therapy until I broke my boyfriend’s hand!”
