He knows her house and he was sure that her mom was going to let him in, what he wasn't sure of, however, was Elena's reaction if he shows up at her doorstep to pick her up.

Knowing Elena and her unpredictable mood, she might get mad at him for not calling her before coming to pick her up and might refuse to get in the car with him, resulting in a waste of his own strength and gas.

He sighed loudly again and leaned his hand against his chin. What should he do? Should he call her again? If he calls her again and she refuses to pick up his call he would feel so humiliated.
