Victor found November working as a cashier in one of the grocery shopping stores and lives in a small apartment she got back in a shabby town where she temporarily sought protection against Luna Puer. At the same time, she was going to school. She was mixing well with humans and was even able to keep a low profile so other shapeshifters and Packs wouldn’t detect her. He saw how happy she was living just like a normal human, a simple person enjoying the joys mankind could offer. He was quite good in trailing November without her noticing him despite her power. As a half-breed, he does not bore the smell of a wolf nor of his pack and he could see clearly from afar more than any normal wolf shifter or not could.
