Chapter 97: Hunter's return

Since hearing I had a wolf, which I still wasn’t convinced, he has been trying to get me to remember things. Nothing he said worked, but I couldn’t deny that there was something oddly familiar about the things he was saying. As much as I was curious about what the hell was going on, I was also distracted.

When I had seen Kyra being grabbed, I almost rushed to aid her. I would have too if Ace didn’t warn me not to. According to him, everyone believes that I have been dead all this time, even though I assured him I wasn’t.

Then he told me if I wanted to help them, I needed to shift because the bond between me and, according to him, my wolf wasn’t complete. He walked me through how to shift, but I didn’t see how any of that was possible. Okay, I guess it was possible, just I didn’t see how it was possible for me.
