In front of the hospital, a man wearing a mask got out of a cab. He entered the hospital, and after using the lift, he arrived close to ward number 304. The man waited a moment because he could see police officers a short distance away from the particular ward before going into the room where Mr. Tenant Ros was sleeping.

Before he arrived, the cameras in the ward were already covered, completely supporting the theory that this was done in advance of his arrival. He approached the bed and gave Mr. Tenant a furious look.

“I don't care how long you want to stay on this bed, but I won't let your soul stay in this world," before taking a syringe out of his pocket, the man muttered under his breath, "I can ask someone else to do this, but I want you to open your eyes and feel the breath of life leaving your body."

The man lowered his head and pushed the needle tip into the bone of Ros's leg until the contents had entirely emptied in his bone.
