Zendaya’s POV

My birthday showed up a few days later as Asher burst into my room while I was still asleep to sing a happy birthday song for me with the children by his side.

I smiled seeing the children try their best to stay on pitch as a table was placed across my midsection and food brought from the trolley Asher had brought in.

He placed the food on the table with the children laughing and talking about how he had nearly burnt down the kitchen making the food.

It was beautiful having to talk to this beautiful family. It was even better knowing that I belonged to it. We talked a lot about how we wanted the party to go even when I told them to surprise me.
