Gradually Ojaswi opened her eyes and stared at the wooden ceiling. She blinked her eyes trying to figure out where she was.

Her head was still feeling heavy, so holding it carefully she got up. Sitting on the bed, she looked around the room.

The room was small and built of wood. There was a small window and beside it was a small cupboard. There was a nightstand beside the bed she had been sleeping on and above the nightstand was an electric lamp and clock.

“Where am I? How did I get here?” she mumbled, rubbing her forehead which was wrapped with gauze.
